Is John Beck related to Glenn Beck? Not a joke.

According to the personal section of Beck's Wikipedia page, (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/John_Be...ll%29#Personal) they're 3rd cousins. There is no source cited, I couldn't find anything to confirm it by doing a Google search, and Glenn's Wikipedia page didn't mention a connection to John. However, they do have the same last name and they're both Mormons. Can anyone confirm or deny this?

I'm not sure if this is evidence for or against, but Grantland's Bad Quarterback League article(http://www.grantland.com/blog/the-tr...game-john-beck) pointed out that earlier today Beck's Wikipedia page claimed he was Mayonaise's brother-in-law (http://a.espncdn.com/photo/2011/1017...try651x966.jpg). This was corrected, but the connection to Glenn Beck survived.

Ok, so I found out that John Beck was born and raised Mormon, but Glenn Beck became a Mormon later in his life. So, no definitive answers yet, but if they were both from Mormon families it would indicate that a closer relationship.

We have to be able to figure this out. We have the internet, which contains within it all knowledge. We know that if they're 3rd cousins with the same last name, that means that John's father's father's father and Glenn's father's father's father were brothers. This has to be a matter of public record.
