Romney on 47% comments: I was 'completely wrong'

"Clearly in a campaign with hundreds if not thousands of speeches and question-and-answer sessions, now and then you're going to say something that doesn't come out right," Romney said on Fox News. "In this case, I said something that's just completely wrong."
    "It's actually more like 52%..."

Sorry Mitt, you chose Ryan who is a Ayn Rand disciple and the stuff you said was a virtual quote from Atlas Shrugged.

BTW, I this then by necessity means that all of those on the Right who defended his comments (those here as well) were wrong too. Oddly enough, apparently Romney was wrong because he makes lots of speeches and just said wrong things...those who defended him however had a lot of time to think about Mitt's comments and then rationalize them and then formulate verbal and written defenses for his comments.

Problem is that this is a dollar short and a day late, he's saying it was wrong because all of the untrustworthy polls are showing him losing ground in all the states Mitt needs...opportunitistic pandering once more from Mitt after he originally defended his comments and then spent a week letting his surrogates defend him.

Where is all the media bias for Obama after the debate?

Maybe a large majority of conservatives are dumbasses. Just throwing that out there.
The soldiers gave three cheers as they urged their tired horses north across the uneven hills. Some of the mounts, exhausted after a week of almost continual marching, began to lag behind; others, spurred on by their enthusiastic riders, began to edge past the regiment's commander. "Boys, hold your horses," Custer cautioned; "there are plenty of them down there for us all."

Took a couple weeks of Obama beating him over the head with it for him to try to find a way to back out of what he said...

The Fed has a higher earning potential and bargaining power, what's more is having 50 different healthcare laws is just plain stupid.

Because the Right keeps reducing the size of the revenue...duh!

At least we agree on that, we most likely disagree on how that happens. I wanted a public option while allowing for private insurance, but the insurance companies didn't want that much competition.

Some very good news for Mitt in the polls popping up on RealClearPolitics this morning. Ohio even, Romney ahead in Florida and Virginia. He's got to be feeling great right now.

Rick Santorum weighs in on Mitt's comments about PBS:

    http://www.washingtonpost.com/blogs/...m/?tid=wp_ipad

Former Pennsylvania senator Rick Santorum got philosophical on CNN Thursday night when asked about Mitt Romney’s pledge to cut off PBS funding.
“I’ve voted to kill Big Bird in the past,” Romney’s ex-primary rival said. “I have a record there that I have to disclose. That doesn’t mean I don’t like Big Bird. You can kill things and still like them, maybe to eat them, I don’t know. That’s probably that. Can we — can we go back on that one?”
Oh Ricky, we missed you so.
