Considering the source, there's at least a 50% chance the "facts" have been edited a bit. But if true, lock the idiot up.

Romney should be writing up his concession speech because he has lost.

Anyone else notice how republicans go into every election with a handicap?

Think about california and newyork are granteed to go democrat. The race basically starts with 2 of the 3 biggest states in democrats. Basically the republicans are playing catch.

What is the future of republicans? With hispanic population rising in texas and florida the election in next few terms might just be too baised to even compete.

Republicans are in trouble. They are losing ground big time. The new generations are becomming real liberal.

Not in the minds of the right. The story will be that he was held back, that Romney should have put Ryan's plan out front.

I always get a little discomfort over stereotypes (like how they can seem to be accurate, even if just on the most broad and simplistic level) and what states go which way....

    ya, man definitely.

With the rising of immigrants those states look completely different.

How soon before we have democratic party branch into two separate parties? I cant see the republicans staying with the democratic party.

Maybe the Republican party needs to take a look at themselves and see how they can appeal to a broader demographic, huh?

But when you use the term immigrants, let's be clear on demographics. Loudoun and Fairfax in Virginia are two of the three most affluent counties in the country. Both are now blue. These are predominantly wealthy middle class well-educated suburban families. If the GoP are losing this group, as well as minorities, they are in big trouble.
