This only happens if the Colts have the number one pick. Their new coach and possibly new gm or new coach and old GM will decide it's time to move on. You don't not take Andrew Luck if you are the Colts. While there would be a couple of down years while you build a team around Luck; if you have the opportunity you do it. A young QB who can give you 10-15 years vs. an old QB coming off an injury with maybe 3-4 years left. The decision is simple.
If the Colts have the number #1 pick, they must take Luck. Peyton will not be there to mentor someone and will demand a trade.
So my question: If Peyton is on the trading block next offseason; which team trades for him?

That might be the #1 story next offseason. I would say he would go to a team that really is only a QB away from contending. He won't go to team that has no shot at the bowl. I think the future LA Vikings could be possibility. I am sure the Redskins will be in discussed but I really don't see that as realistic.
