Kevin Durant is remarkable. I don't watch nearly as much as I should.

I swear back in the day, he was some trash. It just goes to show you that hard work always pays off. There is no way he had become the player he is without some serious dedication. It also didn't hurt him that his mother was always there to encourage him. She is still with him, I always see her on the front row at Thunder games. Anyways, I wish more people around here (DMV) had dedication like him. So much talent around here that goes to waste.

I thought they just sent him to the D-League? Either way it is still pretty embarrassing.

He's playing for the Mavs D-League tonight "to get his legs back".

I think I'd rather get dropped all together. It is pretty embarrassing.

btw, the whole story about why Odom has been away from the team was just a cover up. I'm not making this up. We have been led to believe that Odom had been with his ailing father. But the real reason is because, and I quote... "The Mavs leaders... presumably Dirk/Kidd...probably Terry...Told Odom to go home until he was ready to be a committed Mav."

There have also been some trade rumors flying around. My favorite is easily Odom to Phoenix for Nash. Doubt that would happen. But I would run around screaming with joy if Nash came back to the Mavs, even if it was just for a few months, and then he left again. I sill love Nash and would be stoked to have him reunited with his buddy Dirk. He and Kidd could split the minutes pretty well and it would be a perfect bridge to Deron Williams, because everyone knows he will be with the Mavs next season.

Great job LeBron...had the chance at a game winning bucket tonight against Utah, and you, who had 35 points, pass it to Udonis Haslem, who had 4 points on the night.

He averages 10 points and 50% shooting. Not a bad option.

    Thanks for the sig LCSF

Instead of "the best player in the NBA"? When LeBron is 66% on the night and Haslem was 40%? Or maybe Battier who was 6-7 on the night and 6-7 from 3 point range?

The Best player in the NBA wears Purple and Gold.

That guy you talk about is second best because he won't take that shot.

All, I was saying is that it is not a bad option. That simple. 50/50 chance to get a basket.

    Thanks for the sig LCSF

LeBron has to take that shot. As talented as he is, THIS is why he catches so much flack.

LeBron is scared to take that last shot. That is the only reason I can come up with. He shall be now known as Sir-Pass-A-Lot
