Giants say this is the most dissapointing game they've had in a long time. Aw... poor babies. It must be tough to be in their position.

Surprise, surprise: two horrible calls go the Giants' way. I bet Mara didn't have anything to do with that...

Really getting tired of wishing our division loses. What good does it do when WE always lose? I'm done for this year man. I don't really care anymore, we'll still end up in the basement as usual. For one season, just ONE godamn season, I'd like to see us WIN and "then" I can revel in our division's losses. It's just a moot point to root for our division rivals to lose when we keep losing. Just sick of this ****. Really sick of it.

It only does us good to avoid the constant ribbing from opposing teams fans.. Otherwise, it really doesn't matter. But i guess, as they say, "Misery loves company"

Well, like I said, it doesn't matter, because they'll just point at us and laugh at our last place finish again.

TBH there isn't any difference between Skins, Eagles or Cowboys, so finishing 3rd in the NFCE isn't going to be much to brag about over the last place team. Skins at least will have some continuity after this year, and a franchise QB. Cowboys/Eagles will be looking for significant overhaul, with the Eagles probably seeing the most.

I know you aren't being snarky with your post, but sit in 4th place for about 5 consecutive years and then you can maybe see why 2nd or 3rd place would be a godsend. We've owned the basement since the Cardinals left. We have full autonomy of any decorations in the basement. It's been burgundy and gold since 2007.

It'd be nice to just get their fans to be quiet for six months. I mean, every year, the vast majority of them are just dismissive, and their whole argument is "no one cares, you've been 4th place forever." It'd be nice to rally and end up in 2nd, even if it's as a 7-9 team. They'd have to be at least a little worried if that happened, and might take us somewhat seriously.

I guess I was talking perception of the teams going forward after this year. IMO, at the end of the year, Philly & Dallas are going to be perceived to be the worse teams going forward b/c they're going to be going through coaching changes. In reality, Dallas fans should be more upset because at least Dan Snyder learned his lesson about giving over control to football people. No way JJ is going to do that. And Philly, well they most likely don't have a franchise QB, need to rebuild both lines AND need to find GM & HC. LOTS of work there.

I think you hit the nail on the head. We're never relevant and alot of us were hoping we would finally be with Griffin on board, but we keep doing the same things over and over. Depressing.

Oh, I know that we have a good future. Some of us knew we weren't playoff or super bowl material, but we thought we'd at least turn the corner and be 8-8 with some competitive games or maybe scare a few teams. But it's the same old song and dance this year. Getting tired of that tune and the box step.

I love how the Steeler's Sanders gets fined for faking an injury against....you guessed it.... Pot meet kettle... I can't seem to find the article about how much the gints got fined for their injury faking....anybody have it?
    **** the Giants...

EDIT Apparently that was vs. the Bengals....Oh well, **** the gints anyway...

That fine was for faking an injury vs the Bengals, not the Giants.
