It has, when he was named. I think they even showed a pic somewhere.

Romney is out of touch CEO. He's only running to further his legacy of his father. Achieve what he couldn't. He nothing but a liar, who will say and do anything to get what he wants and he may just fool enough people to do it. He will be a lousy president should he win; just like Obama was and Bush was.

Reason's website compared Obama's debate speech with another from 2008 and they were identical almost down to the word. Just a litany of straw men stances (which doesn't surprise me). Both candidates droned on at times. Obama got his *** handed to him.

Biden should do better than the Prez.
This is how he comes off as lunch bucket Joe.
    He speaks to the people.

Ryan and constant numbers could be mind numbing

I'm not nearly the homer for Romney---whom I've called out regularly here---that you are for Obama. If you want to call out untruths and how that should DQ a candidate, your boy would be out instantly. The left loathes Romney more than anything because the dude is squeaky clean in his personal life.

Cutter: Benghazi Is Only an Issue ‘Because of Romney and Ryan’

    BY: Washington Free Beacon Staff
    October 11, 2012 2:43 pm

Obama deputy campaign manager Stephanie Cutter said Thursday that the “entire reason” the terrorist attack at the U.S. Consulate in Benghazi that killed four Americans has “become the political topic it is” is because Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan talk about the attack.

STEPHANIE CUTTER: In terms of the politicization of this — you know, we are here at a debate, and I hope we get to talk about the debate — but the entire reason this has become the political topic it is, is because of Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan. It’s a big part of their stump speech. And it’s reckless and irresponsible what they’re doing.

BROOKE BALDWIN: But, Stephanie, this is national security. As we witnessed this revolution last year, we covered it–

CUTTER: It is absolutely national security–

BALDWIN: –it is absolutely pertinent. People in the American public absolutely have a right to get answers. <rest at link>

Nice to see him do what he does best, deflect his horrible record. The problem this time - several Americans got killed and the Obama Administration should have made sure to protect them. Sad.

Who cares about his personal life? The only side that feigns outrage over personal issues is the right. Again, I didn't claim Obama was honest Abe. Forget it. I should know better than expect you to back up claims.

I'm still curious...other than what President Obama has published himself about his own imperfections...whadda you know that no one else does? Just curious, and sources, puulllleeezzze. If you 've got crap on his kids skipping school, trust me, the public needs to know. If he accidentally set the sprinklers off in the Rose Garden chasing the wife around naked, we gotta know. Get it out there...razzi will pay you millions.
Pardon my sarcasm. Just had a rough day, but I love me some freedom. Free yourselves and tell us all your truths. We're dying to hear it.
And Congressman Ryan doesn't want to be called "Congressman", but "Mr.Ryan" instead.
He's denying that he ever represented the people of Wisconsin.
You want this man in charge of...anything? He'll never admit he was part of it!! OBAMA2012

Joe Biden fans raising money to buy VP a Trans AM

A parody of Vice President Joe Biden from the satirical news outlet The Onion has apparently morphed into a honest to goodness political reality. Some supporters of Biden have started a fundraising page to buy the country's second-highest ranking political figure a vintage Trans AM sports car.

"In order to let Vice President Biden know just how much we appreciate him, while also making a very silly part of the internet come true (we are the internet after all); let's buy Uncle Joe a Trans Am like the one that is featured in the Onion article," writes the campaign's creator, who is based on Washington, DC but has not posted their name online.

    ...

And while anyone can set up a farcical fundraising page, it appears this humorous campaign has some very real support, having already gained more than $1,000 in financial commitments from more than 80 individual donors.

Blowing what on foreign affairs? Is our relationship with allies healthier now than it has been in a decade? We'll always have grave enemies. Every wannabe major player has been trying to build the bomb since the end of WW2. I believe we were in a pretty good foreign policy standing in 2001 and we got sucker punched.

He has been making claims about Obama's "sordid" past for a while now. And he's never backed any of them up because he knows his sources are utter garbage from fringe sites like freerepublic and WND and would get ripped to pieces by many here.

Consumer sentiment jumps to highest in five years

(Reuters) - Consumer sentiment unexpectedly rose in October to its highest level in five years as optimism about the overall economy improved, a survey released on Friday showed.

The Thomson Reuters/University of Michigan's preliminary October reading on the overall index on consumer sentiment came in at 83.1, up from 78.3 the month before, marking the highest level since September 2007.

The reading was well above the median forecast for a slight decline to 78 among economists polled by Reuters.

"What changed was how (consumers) evaluated economic conditions," survey director Richard Curtin said in a statement. "Economic conditions during the year ahead were expected to be 'good' by more consumers, and more consumers expected 'good' economic times over the next five years."

US foreclosure filings hit 5-year low in September

U.S. foreclosure filings dropped to a five-year low in September as fewer homes were on track to be seized by lenders.

It was the second-consecutive monthly decline in filings, although there remains a sharp divergence along state lines, according to a report Thursday by foreclosure listing firm RealtyTrac Inc.

On a national level, overall foreclosure filings last month — including home repossessions — fell 7 percent from August and 16 percent from September 2011. There were 180,427 foreclosure filings reported for September, the fewest since July 2007 in the midst the housing market bust.

The number of homes entering the foreclosure process, so-called foreclosure starts, fell to 87,066 in September, down 12 percent from August and 15 percent from a year earlier. It was the second-straight month of declines following three months of increases, Irvine, Calif.-based RealtyTrac reported.
