Frankly, Obama should be giving this speech. Bill Clinton has done far better job of explaining Obama's policies than Obama. Just play this speech in campaign commercials as a response to Republican attacks and Obama should be running away with it.

Nope, sorry. Bill Clinton has a history of giving long speeches. Hell, his introduction to the national stage was his too long Keynote address for Dukakis in 1988.

Frankly, Obama should be giving this speech.

What this speech does is allow President Obama to lay out his vision for a second term rather than rehash the entire first term. It's intentional that they are doing it this way.
