Even though Fenway is tiny...I'd expect the Red Sox to command a large price.

Man, I can't believe the freaking Phillies are only three games out of the wildcard. I do not want them in the playoffs.![]()

Amazing how far the Phillies have come and are now over .500. Their pitching kept them in it, now they're getting healthy and making a run.
Redskins 2013 Opponents:
Home- Dallas, NY Giants, Philadelphia, Detroit, Chicago, San Francisco, Kansas City, San Diego
Away- Dallas, NY Giants, Philadelphia, Green Bay, Minnesota, Atlanta, Denver, Oakland
Well Miggy Caberra just won the triple crown. 10th player to do so, and the first since '67.
And he should win the MVP.
Can't believe the A's won the AL West. Unbelievable story.
"In 2012 the Redskins are gonna be the NFC East champions, and that starts right f–king today.” Kyle Shanahan, 1/1/12
I'm sure RP is pissed about his Rangers blowing the division.
And congrats to Miggy for winning the Triple Crown. I honestly didn't think I'd ever seen one.
Incredible work by the Yankees to win the AL East. Was listening to the radio broadcast and Sterling kept talking about how he'd been doing the games for 20+ seasons, and this was the toughest road the Yankees had to the AL East championship. They suffered the loss of their hall-of-fame Closer, as well as important pitchers like Pineda, and still rallied to win the East.
Last night's beatdown was one of the most hilarious games I've ever seen. Bobby Valentine should most certainly be fired after the game. He's horrible. The Red Sox are horrible.
I remember earlier, we just knew that the Rangers were going to get to the World Series. But now, I don't know what is going to happen. In the NL, it's the same way. The Cards are the defending Champs, the Giants rotation could get hot, the Braves could stay hot, The Reds can hit you to death (That rotation is beast too) And the Nationals could just will their way to a pennant. I don't think I have ever been this excited about playoff baseball. It's funny how things change when your team is in it.![]()

Agreed ML, this should be a fun posteason. No idea who will win it. I guess the Yanks and Nats could be considered the favorites right now? But I honestly wouldn't be shocked to see any of the 10 team in the WS with the way this year has played out so far.

Phillies' local television viewership falls dramatically in 2012
A disappointing season on the field for the Phillies has led to a big drop in local television viewership for the team's games this year.
The Sports Business Journal's John Ourand and David Broughton published the magazine's annual survey of Major League Baseball's local TV ratings on Wednesday.
Ourand and Broughton's data was collected with about a week and a half left to go in the season.
As of that point, the Phillies had suffered the second-biggest decrease in ratings by percentage in Major League Baseball, falling 38.6 percent to a 5.61 average rating.
The team's average viewership had the biggest decrease by percentage in the majors, falling by 39.1 percent to 168,000 viewers per game.
Only the San Diego Padres had a bigger percentage drop in average audience size, falling 39.4 percent to 20,000 viewers per game. That is less than half of PETCO Park's capacity of 42,445.
(It's worth noting that the Padres' drop came mainly because of a carriage dispute which kept many Padres games off some local cable systems. The Phillies had no such problem.)
