The Yankees laid down like dogs tonight. No fight at all.

Cards take 3-1 lead. They crushed the Giants 8-3. Lots of runs scored in both games for the winning teams.

So are the O's the favorite in the AL East next year? Gonna be tons of changes in NY and Boston next season.

I'm late to the party, but congrats to the Tigers for winning the American League pennant. Very likeable team with a lot of talent that had to fight their way into the post-season down the stretch.

What can NY do at this point? They have $125 mil tied up in 6 guys. Only one of whom (CC) showed the past season is worth it.
Jeter might just call it a career (As might Ichiro). Arod fell off of a cliff. And Tex is hanging on with 3 fingers.
If you were a premier FA, would you sign to play there?

I'm sure they make a run at him. Money is never a concern for the yankees. They could sign him to keep him away from other teams.
They've got age all over the place. I really hope we're entering an era where both the Yankees and Red Sox aren't contending for a few years.
