    Where's the offense? Is it just me, but does this team gets intimidated by good pitchers? It's like they have a predetermined thought that they can't win against good pitchers.

    The offense has sucked recently. I am tired of the predictable meltdown by Hunter. He can't go more than 5. Oh yeah and why not go for the double play to end the 7th?

    great pitchers usually beat great hitters. we have maybe one guy (jones) who is a really good hitter. sure we'll destroy the lesser end of most rotations, but we dont have enough to hang with the top pitchers in the league (few teams do).

    ive always thought thats why we continually lose to CC and have never beaten Lester.

    Being shutout once pisses me off. Being shutout 2 times in a row has me seeing red. No excuse for being shutout twice in a row.
