I guess if he's stated that Hughes is pitching tomorrow regardless of tomorrow's outcome, we have an opportunity in front of us. I am thinking way too far ahead though...we need to get some runs off Kuroda tonight! We've only scored 15 runs over the past 6 games (TB, Texas, and NYY).

I'm thinking the same thing... but if he's got another stale night, do you think Buck is gonna switch him up?

So I feel like a really bad fan for even asking this, but...

How soon will Kakes be back? Assuming we win this series, will he be back in time for the ALCS, or do we have to make the Series before we see him again?

When he was taken out, it was said he would be out 6 weeks. That would be around the middle of the WS.

I doubt they'd bring him back and take out Davis. (Unless they put Davis as DH.) He's been outstanding in RF. His throws are perfect. Even threw out Tex with no cutoff man. I'm still impressed with the throw he made, even though Tex is now an injured fatty.

I would hope so. But I don't really know.

I think that Buck won't have him hit against lefties again unless he has great numbers against a certain pitcher. Against righties, I expect to see him in there.

Who was guessing Flaherty would hit our first HR in this series?
