I know we just tied the game up but that was very, very frustrating to not see Andino get pinch hit for.
You have to get more than 1 run there.

McClouth.....wow!
Yeahhhhhhhh!
Yankees just blew a save against Toronto. Bomb HR in the 9th against Soriano. Hope they hold on and JJ closes this out...
JJ made it interesting, but he got the job done. Always great to take game 1 in any series.
13 games over .500, what?!
"The only purpose for which power can be rightfully exercised over any member of a civilized community, against his will, is to prevent harm to others. His own good is not sufficient warrant." --John Stuart Mill
"The rule of law is to be preferred to the rule of man. We do not permit a man to rule but the law because a man rules in his own interest, and becomes a tyrant but the function of a rule is to be the guardian of the justice and, if justice then of equality." --Aristotle
JJ closes it. Jeter hit a HR in the 9th to tie it up there. May not get help from Toronto after all.
Nate McLouth.
Magic, simply magic
Fun game! Too bad only 11K saw it.
Yankees lost in 11, Rays lost. Wow, 70 wins before September. To finish at 82-80 (which was my goal) we only have to go 12-23. I think we can go 20-15 the rest of the way and finish at 90-72. BTW, I hate that we were rained out on Sunday. I hate having to make up games.

With the Yanks losing, the O's are 3.5 games behind them.
Depending on how the rest of this series goes with the W.Sox... as well as the Yanks series vs Toronto... we could be in store for a VERY competitive O's vs Yanks series this weekend.
