Yes to the win!!!! I went to sleep in the 17th, not even mad. What fortitude this team has.

I'm fine with the Bundy call up. I just hope he is ready for some intense action. We'll see what he is made of real quick.

As much as you guys hate Gregg, I was at the game at Fenway last year when he beaned Big Papi (except that he didn't actually bean him). He definitely provided some great entertainment for a horrible series that weekend.

You have low standards. I want guys that are productive.

I don't think I can say enough good things about McLouth and how he's filled in for Markakis. All he does is hit.

Toronto better win at least one game in this double header. They are currently losing in game 1...

Bundy will wear #49 for the O's. He wore #7 in the minors but I believe that number is reserved for Cal, Sr. Pretty cool he just squared the number to get his new number!
"Washington strolled to the NFC championship, outscoring their two playoff opponents by a combined total of 48 points. Their domination was more than impressive, it was historic. The 1991 Redskins boasted the largest average margin of victory among all Super Bowl champions."

Coming back in the 8th inning now though! Hope they can pull it off.

I think it has a lot more to do with the amount of bullpen arms that we used last night.

I noticed that when I watched the SI piece on him. Very rare that a pitcher wears a single digit, Berken wore 49 recently didn't he?

Jays load the bases with 2 outs but fail to get another run...3 more outs to work with, hopefully they can push 2 across.

The Yankees got out of the 8th by the skin of their teeth. The umpire was giving Soriano 3-4 inches outside the plate.

On GameTracker (CBS Sportline) it appeared that the calls were correct (balls were barely missing and the strikes were in the zone).

I'm watching YES and even their replays showed one strike pitch was well below the knees and one of Soriano's pitches was at least 3-4 inches off the plate. Hell, even Michael Kay said the pitches weren't strikes.

    4-2 Yankees.

Oh OK...well that's probably more accurate than CBS...thanks. Too bad but it looks like they'll take game 1. I suppose we just have to hope that they've split the DH by the time we start our game.
