Robert Griffin III "RG3" Jersey Foul - Would it be?

I was just sitting in traffic talking to a friend about some jersey fouls from Puck Daddy on Yahoo Sports, and then we discussed our favorite teams from other sports, what would be a jersey that is not a foul.

So when it came to the Redskins for me, the only one I could think of was "Captain Chaos" for Cooley, on a Cooley jersey, but we both put that in the foul category. But then I brought up if they get Griffin, "RGIII/RG3" wouldn't be a foul, he agreed.

So Redskins nation - a semi thrilling offseason thread to fit in the midst of the endless QB talk, many of our dream scenerios would be getting RGIII - and automatically he would be one of the highest selling jerseys in the league if the Skins got him. But - Would personalizing it like this be a foul?

Griffin would never use RG3 or any variation if you knew about the kid. Wasn't raised that way. He would wear proudly the "Griffin III" to honor his father and grandfather.
