Hoping we do not resign with London. Sadly we need a replacement at ILB that will be ready to play at a high level by the time RGIII matures. If we Resign London, the organization probably sees Riley as his Successor and will work on getting another prospect at ILB to play the #2 spot when London retires. Timing just doesn't seem right for #59 staying a Redskin.

I'd like to see him resign but only at a fair price. He'll be 37 and we will need to find his future replacement in this years draft in the 3rd or 4th round.

Really??? Looking to get paid "for the last time ever"??? Spare me. These guys get paid way too much as it is and I refuse to feel sorry for them if they don't get all they want. They can live their entire lives off of their first contract most of the time if they play thier cards right. And belive it or not, the can actually work after football. It is silly the way people act like these guys can never do anything again once thier playing days are done. After all, they got a free college degree too....should have taken advantage of that too. Fletcher deserves money because he is an outstanding player and an outstanding person in general, but I do not want Shanahan to feel that Fletcher deserves to be thrown with a ludicrous contract, as much as I love Fletcher, he is 37 years old and if his contract hurts the team then he shouldn't be resigned. Fletcher is a game changer but he shouldn't be overpaid like some people suggest he should, it's about the entire team first, not our star player that comes first. amen brother. This, and the fact that regardless of who we had, we were still 6-10 and 5-11 the last two years. I expect RG3 to change this and anyone else we've paid so graciously to come here. Hail to the Redskins, not individuals.

So, Tulloch is much younger and gets this amount. A 3yr 18 mill. contract for LF is more than far. You bring in Hawthorne or Lofton I'm sure they will sign for what Tulloch signed for. Coincidentally, ESPN insider ranks that ILB this way.
