There is an article where someone from the Colts FO has already said they are taking Luck no matter what... I think it was from right before the combine..

I'll have to say though, you handled yourself well. A lot of people would have either made a damned fool of themselves or never had the sack to speak up. You struck a good balance. But for future reference though, It's just not cool to talk about what you heard of Allen's private phone call. As much as we all want that kind of inside info, that feels too much like an invasion of privacy.

As someone who has met Bruce Allen 3 times now, I can tell you that we are in good hands. He is a strong worker, and has stated time and time again that when he was first brought in he told Snyder his goal is to personally shake hands with every Redskins fan. I have been to private OTA's and even a premium season ticket holder meeting with him, and he remembered my first name, they were 3 months apart and I was not wearing a name badge. This is the kind of dedication to a team that we have not had in a LONG LONG time.

Once you meet Bruce Allen the man, you trust in Bruce Allen the GM.

The last time I heard anything like that was from the GM before they fired him. In the back of my mind I have been wondering if maybe the owner has a different idea. I hope not. A year ago I would have given anything for Luck, Now, I would be disappointed.

And you can bet that if Grigson becomes tempted to take Baylor quarterback Robert Griffin III ahead of Luck in April, the owner will step in and overrule that, too.

As one Colts source said earlier this week, “Luck is The Guy. I don’t care what happens [at the combine]. I don’t care if Griffin flies.”
