Teacher fired after claims 3rd-graders had sex

A Tallulah Elementary School teacher was dismissed after she was in the classroom while two third-graders were reportedly having oral sex under a table.

The incident at Tallulah Elementary was investigated by the school's principal.

"These kids were allegedly having oral sex under a table," Wilmore said. "They were third-graders."

Wilmore concurred with the principal's recommendation that the third-grade teacher be dismissed and the children counseled after a sexual incident reportedly occurred in class last week.

"The principal felt that she was not monitoring the classroom adequately," Wilmore said.

Police: Young, deaf students caught having sex on bus

The Fishers Police Department has closed their investigation into a case involving two young deaf students having sexual intercourse on a school bus.

Police said the 13-year-old boy and 8-year-old girl were students at the Indiana School for the Deaf.

A video camera on the Noblesville school bus captured the February 1 incident on tape, which police said was consensual sex.

Other students and two adults, the driver and a bus aide, were on the bus at the time. However, police said it was impossible for the adults to see what the students were doing due to the height of the bus seats, so they would not face criminal charges.

Not necessarily. I didn't see an age here. Certainly possible these two Einsteins have been left back a couple of times. I knew a kid in middle school with a driver's license.
