Bunch of damn ketchup snobs! I like ketchup AND mustard on both hot dogs and hamburgers. But I don't do ketchup on Brats or Sausage.

Actually I get a half smoke.
Then I add mustard, onions, and Ben's Chili.
Anything but ketchup. And I fry mine (if not grillin'), tastes closer to grilled, you can get 'em kinda crispy if you want...boiled hot dogs suck.
Only way I'll eat a hot dog is with just ketchup. Can't stand onions.
If I order a hot dog from Sheetz or whatever it's either ketchup or chili and nacho cheese.
If I make them at home diced tomatoe, mashed avocado, and a line of regular mustard. Don't knock it until you try it.
This thread made me want a hot dog, so I went to Sonic to get the Chicago Dog. It was good!
I tend to avoid hot dogs, but if I'm eating one, I've got no issues with your standard ketchup/mustard/relish lineup. Jesus, we're talking about a hot dog here, you can't ruin one of those by putting ketchup on it.
I prefer Italian Sausages, Brats, etc and ketchup will never touch those. Sometimes I'll eat them with mustard, but I'll always go chili/cheese/onion if available. Also, if someone happens to have peppers and onions...count me in.
Pretty much everything folks have mentioned in here already, though I am partial to horseradish mustard, onions and/or relish. What I don't get, and never have is chili dogs. It's just too much, too sloppy and you can't taste the dog over the chili anyway. WTF? If I wanted the chili on bread experience I'd just get a sloppy joe. I tried one for the first time last week and it didn't change my opinion at all.

Spicy mustard & onions.
Of course, when I come across a Chicago dog, I must eat it.

After reading this thread I'm going to be trying a horseradish mustard next dog.
