actually besides this game, this offense has picked it up over the past week.

Yeah, I know they have but the BA just continues to be bad across the board. It's not the hitting, it's the timing of the hits. Rarely do we see 4,5,6 hits BB in a row.

When they are batting every game in the 4th-5th inning looking at a no-hitter it's not a comfortable position to be in.


I'd love to see Harper come up here with the bases juiced....

Nats just falling apart against the Marlins after a solid 3 games vs Atl. Yes it is a long season and these things will even out, but good teams can at least find a way to bring home one guy...

I'm glad two losses in a row pisses us off. That's how fans of a good team should feel.

I guess we felt guilty after sweeping the Braves. We don't want the National League to think we're too mean.

I really hope we're able to salvage one win tomorrow. This was the last thing we needed since Miami is right behind us in the standings.

Gotta learn to stick the dagger in the other teams when you can. There's no reason to let up off of the gas pedal right now.

Numbers 2, 3, 4 are 1-12 tonight. And the rookie has the hit. That pretty much sux. And what really sux is Jackson gave up 1 ER in 6.2 innings and gets the loss. The heavy hitters have got to pick up the pace.

That seems to be a problem with Washington sports as a whole. How many times have we seen the Redskins hold the lead deep into a game, only to see victory robbed from us due to a lucky break from the other team or a series of boneheaded plays by us.

And the Caps...well, all I need to say there is: 6 seconds.
