Anyone else see this? Do you think we could get the whole stadium to sing the National Anthem before every game? Certainly would make sense with us being the "Nationals" and in the nations capitol.

I like Desmond's idea. The Nats have flirted with trying to be the team of the armed services. They need to step it up though. If you have open seats at 5pm on a weeknight before a game. They should have buses go out to an pick up military folks around the city, give them a free ticket and a voucher for a soda along with a ride back. Fill the stadium with these folks. Then you'll see an insane applause every game.

i should have went by myself to this game. I am definitely going to go sunday and getting a grandstand or standing room ticket. I have to be there for these kinds of games

That is an incredibly awesome idea. Heck, the "Navy Yard" is right there! Plus Andrews AFB. Sailors & AF could just about walk there.

You should submit that to the Nats. Great idea.
