These commentators are somehow making me miss carp and FP.
What would A World Without Lawyers be like?

I mean, I haven't TOTALLY given up, or else I'd turn the game off. And I never turn games off.

As for it being "only sports", I'll just have to disagree. I am not as emotional about sports as I used to be but sports still mean more to me than they really should...but it's not something I can change.

Dude, I'm the same age as you and in a very similar situation. I was alive for the last 2 Redskins Super Bowls but not old enough to remember them. I understand you frustration but chill. Yeah, today was a bad game but we got 2, possibly 3, home games coming up. There's no reason to get bent out of shape. The Nationals are more reliable than the Redskins haha. Plus, they win at home.

Have to imagine this is going to do some serious damage to the Nats' confidence.

Nats park had better be ROCKING, because the team looks flat.

EDIT: Forgot the game is at 1:00. WHICH IS ****ING STUPID and obviously not good for attendance.

**** you Bud Selig. **** you.

The game is sold out.....I doubt there'll be many no-shows at all, and those who try to sell their tix on Stubhub should find a lot of takers.

Reason this game is in the afternoon is of course because the league has to cater to the Yankees and have them on at night.

Why is this series in St. Louis? The Nationals had the best record in baseball.

Bud Selig did a great job of taking away the advantage of finishing with the better record. Two games on the road against the defending WS champs? Weird start times, when we're not a good day game team to begin with. And now a 1:00 start time on Wednesday, which as some have already stated isn't gonna help us with attendance.

Is there anything this guy can't ruin?
"So I just say, 'I'm healthy right now, I'm going into my fourth year, and why not do the best that I can?' And that's whatever it is, whether it's eating right or training myself right, whether it's studying harder, whatever I can do to better myself."-RIP to the best safety the world has ever seen.
