That's not what I said. I said, or at least clarified that losing Games 2 and 3 doesn't mean the trends will continue for Game 4 and hopefully 5.

Listening to game on the radio. How's the stands looking right now? All the new nationals fans gone yet or we still supporting our guys? First home playoff game in 80 years, I'd still want to be there...
We don't know what we think, we don't know what we know. All we have to go on, is what we say and what we show...

Of course not and I said it can have a mental effect. But some are suggesting the series is over already which is, as you said, ludicrous.

Edit: Might as well weigh in...

You guys will be fine. You don't just win 98 games without having some resolve and fight. Game 4 is a brand new clean slate and the Nats just need to take it one pitch at a time and do what they've done 99 times so far this season.

"Washington strolled to the NFC championship, outscoring their two playoff opponents by a combined total of 48 points. Their domination was more than impressive, it was historic. The 1991 Redskins boasted the largest average margin of victory among all Super Bowl champions."

We can't be down by any more than a run tomorrow. If we do I can see these guys start pressing and its over.

The $400 seats down behind the plate look emptier than they did throughout the game

Don't know what to say. Started off flat all day, and these things kind of happen. Lets regroup tomorrow.

I read that Teddy won again today. We already have the curse of Lez Boulez on the Wizards. The curse of Vinny on the Skins. Do we call this the curse of Teddy.

Fans showed up today. Players did not.

Can't explain it. All the starting pitching has struggled. Whatever the plan for them in the season was clearly hasn't worked. Strasburg wouldn't have made a difference.

Its embarrassing really. Almost want Davey or Zimm or Werth...one of the Vets, to apologize after this.

No sir, it is all Brunell's fault!

I want them to shut the **** up about what time the games are starting and how Davey doesn't want early games. Get over it, the Cards have still managed to score 100 runs.
But, yeah, the post game press conference should be interesting.
