I'm done with baseball, not watching the rest of the playoffs or world series.
"It was like he was Jason on 'Friday the 13th' -- man just wouldn't go down," - Honolulu bar patron on Trent Williams being tasered and smashed over the head with a champagne bottle.
Storen will learn from this, but it's going to hurt for a long time. He clearly lost control and let game get way. Davey is the right guy for this organization He's been a winner everywhere he's been. I just can't believe that the Cardinals did it to the Nats like they did it to the Rangers in the WS.

"In 2012 the Redskins are gonna be the NFC East champions, and that starts right f–king today.” Kyle Shanahan, 1/1/12
To have a season like this end up this way is tough to swallow. Guess I will pull for the Tigers and the local kid Verlander.
I haven't posted i this thread because I thought I honestly thought by doing so I would be jinxing the team, but I've been looking. I honestly think that this city does have some kind of sports curse and I feel sick right now.
I'm superstitious as hell and I don't think the playoff sigs are a good idea for any of our teams but I get why it's done.
Unbelievable

Disappointing but I;m honestly not furious or devastated. Cards are veteran-laden and know it's never over. Let this be a lesson to the team about the postseason. Still we got to see a 98 win season and a strike away from the NLCS. The only thing that bugs me is Davey kind of blew it with his overconfidence tonight. Gio and Storen should've been pulled a batter early each. Storen was gassed. Gio was losing control. OH well, the past is the past. We have a bright future. A title is not won overnight.

Terrible.
I am devastated by that collapse.
