Being a displaced fan is sometimes made easier by the schedule-makers. DirecTV is a blessing, but I plan my falls around FIU and Redskins football.There's nothing greater than a road trip to see your team play.

I'm hoping to hit up New Orleans and Tampa at the very least this season. Where are you going?

Oh yeah, and because I'm a jinx, I'm sorry if we lose those games. I've seen us lose in Miami, Jacksonville, Atlanta, Carolina, Cincinnati, and San Diego. I've seen us win in...well...FedEx

NOLA!! My wife spent a large portion of her younger years there and we've been looking for an excuse to make it down there. Plus she's a Saints fan so it should be a blast. It'll be my third trip to NOLA, bring on the beer, seafood and football!

new orleans sounds nice! Hof 44 i already was going through the motions with my girlfriend about making it a long weekend over there ahahahah.. thursday to monday in the big easy and skins football gotta love that.. and deffinitly count me in for the game in jersey !!!

I actually booked my trip to New Orleans this morning with 2 others. I am iffy on Pitt because of the timing but not ruling it out. Now I gotta start looking for tickets in the next few weeks for the Saints game. I went down in '06 when we shocked the world toward the end of the year.

I started making an annual Skins road trip 10 years ago. I have gone somewhere every year except the last 2 (baby and wedding jammed me up).

I have seen the Skins play @ NYG (lost 35-0), @ Carolina 2x (lost both 20-17), @ Baltimore (lost 24-10), @ Cleveland (lost....17-10 or something like that), @ Cincinnati (lost 20-13 or something...it was in '08), @ Tennesse (Ramseys 1st start, Skins won), @ ATL (Skins won 33-31 back in '03) @ New Orleans (Skins won 16-10 in '06).

The trip to New Orleans was handsdown the best. Not only was the result great but the experience of N.O. was awesome too. I told myself that I am making every Redskins game @ New Orleans so long as I am alive. All 9 away games there were tons of Skins fans. Shockingly even though we were 4-9 heading into that New Orleans game back in '06 there was a good turnout of Skins fans. I thought to myself, man if only we were good and had some hope and werent eliminated from the playoffs we would have repped even better.

Obviously, I'll be attending the Giants away game...I need to get down to Fed Ex though. I keep saying i'm going to go, and it never happens. Last time I was there was 2000 and Brad Johnson/Jeff George were the QBs and Norv got fired after that game...Been TOO LONG

Will be holding down St Louis for a remarkable third straight year, and hoping to see a lot of the same ES crew back out at the tailgate. I do hate how that schedule falls though, because I also want to fly out to the home opener the very next week...strongly also considering the Thanksgiving game in the big D...
