Well as one of the only bama fans on here im her to take my medicine. I did say this is the saban's weakest team since his first year at bama. AJ is definitely his best QB ever but this is the youngest D and his weakest running team. Much props to johnny football. We're bairly alive and need 2 teams to fall, unlikely, but hey it was a good run. u cant' win them all. Have to focus on winning the SEC now.

And to those questioning the caliber of the SEC cuz aTm was a mid tier big 12 school....news flash they are a mid tier sec school too. The strength of our conference has always been the grind of the sec schedule top to bottom. Where most other conf. Have 1 or 2 tough games spread out through the season. The SEC is every week. MSU, @LSU emotional ride then aTm for the hangover. Not an excuse just a fact. Look at USCe, UGA, FL, LSU all played each other in consecutive weeks. No other conference has to survive such a gauntlet. I get the SEC hate but dont kid urself that we dont deserve our #1 ranking. The collective whole is greater then the sum of all the parts.

We need a ton of help. So hope is still alive, but either way im proud of this team Roll Tide Roll. And the SEC will be back, you can bet on. it.

I'm really confused as to how that wasn't an interception? He had control and tapped his toe in bounds. How do you review something like that and still say it's incomplete?
I agree about Manziel. But that was definitely not an INT. He didn't tap a toe down there. His heel came down out of bounds. It was the right call. In the end, it didn't matter.

They should drop to #4. But, we'll see. Stranger things have happened.

I thought they'd drop to 5, but I could be wrong.

Oh yeah, I think you're right. Behind Kansas St, Oregon, and Notre Dame. My bad.

That's gonna be interesting to see if they do actually drop that far.

Is it weird that I think there's no way ND wins this game? The stars and coming together for them to lose.

4 or 5 it doesnt really matter. Either way we need 2 teams to fall. At this point i think we are the first 1 loss team in. Part of me thinks good.... aTm saved us from getting thumped by the ducks. Another part of me thinks the uptempo wsnt really the difference. Jonny football was. He extended plays and rnade a ton with his legs like RG3. Oregon has many weapons but none of them can do what Manziel did. Who knows. At this point, if we cant win i wnt KSU, ducks, irish in that order.

So last week Notre Dame needed a missed field goal in OT to beat a terrible 3-7 Pittsburgh team....and now they're up just 14-3 against a 2-7 Boston College team that's in last place in the ACC?

And Notre Dame could possibly move up to 3rd place in the country after tonight? What a ****ing joke.

They also beat Mich St in East Lansing. Stanford at home. Oklahoma in Oklahoma.

What other team out there has been as impressive and deserves to be ahead of them?

Oregon State's Rose Bowl chances don't look great anymore, which sucks since I'm going this year with my mom and it's her alma mater.

Yeah, I hate ND as much as the next guy, but they would be deserving of that ranking, given who they've beaten. I just want them to lose. To anyone. Then again, I don't want them to lose, if it means Alabama could slip back into the picture. Frankly, I'm sick of Alabama and the SEC winning it every year. My ideal national title game would be Kansas St and Oregon, with the Wildcats prevailing.

they got the luck of officiating against Stanford, and Michigan State are not that good.

Oklahoma was a great win tho. I am still very skeptical of them, but if they get there then they deserve it.

Based on the schedules, I wonder if a 1 loss Alabama or Georgia team could jump an undefeated team to get into the National Championship game after winning the SEC championship game. That would be awesome because I hate the BCS.

It would be a travesty and would screw over some young men for no reason. Btw, Oregon is getting all they can get right now...i expect them to blow it up though
