FSU fans can join in the misery

so 'bama 1, oregon 2, s. carolina 3, then you go wvu / k-state 4 & 5 and notre dame 6.
2013
The Mayans Were Wrong, Go Nuts
So after today there are only a handful of national title contenders:
#1 Alabama
#2 Oregon
#6 South Carolina
#7 Kansas St.
#8 West Va.
#9 Notre Dame
#10 Florida
#14 Oregon St.
Florida & South Carolina have to play each other, and the winner most likely has to play Alabama in the SEC Championship game.
Oregon & Oregon St. have to play each other.
Kansas St. & West Va. have to play each other.
Out of these teams Notre Dame by far has the easiest path to the National Title game, but will they actually get a realistic shot if they go undefeated since their opponents are completely falling off the map?
South Carolina will win it all this year. BOOK IT.
WVU will choke as they always do, K-State is flukey, and Notre Dame won't get a shot at the Championship.
Bold Predictions
-Purdue and Northwestern will not win the big 10 or even remotely come close to it.
-Ohio State may be the best team in college football yet they can’t play in a BCS bowl game
- Alabama will not lose a game in the SEC.
-The fighting Irish are the most overrated team in college football and if they play Ohio ST Alabama, or West Virginia they will get blown out of the water

Here I am.... I want to give a big hug to all of the other fans out there.
One second you're high fiving a 16-0 halftime score talking about how the defense is stifling (may not give up a point), the next you're taping your hands up to a pair of 40s that one of your friends drove up to Georgia to buy! You look at the score and it's 16-10 and you're still merrily chugging telling yourself that the cookie wont crumble that way.
At that point you have less than a couple of swigs left in your second forty ounce... you're about to win the game. However, your stomach doesn't like the combination of fried chicken and 78 oz.s of alcohol. You proceed to projectile vomit. While still coherent, and struggling to contain your anger at failure. A friend walks up to you and shows you that NC State is on the goal line threatening to score. They do. You are ****ed. You are mad. All those pessimistic FSU fans were right... Everyone else is right. FSU isn't back.
And you just sit there soaking it in... all of us do
The only redeeming thought is that I get to wake up tomorrow and watch the Redskins play. I get to watch our field general play, the one, the only, RG3.
What has the world come to that that is my first thought?!?!
Edit: this is also why I never talk trash... you let the team do the talking. What happens on the field happens.

how dumb is it that you can't buy 40oz in florida?
A tweet last night pointed out that Maryland, Miami, and Duke were all undefeated in the ACC. It is early, but if Maryland finishes the season with a strong record, I'll shut the **** up about criticizing Edsall.
I thought it was a horrible hire which deprived the fans of a chance to watch Mike Leach and his explosive, ticket-selling offense. However, Maryland has been able to recruit talent such as Diggs, and their defense actually looks improved.

USC is gonna play a huge role in how this all shakes out. and to some extent Oklahoma. Both teams probably have the best shots at spoiling 2 team's hopes of a Natty. USC has yet to play the ducks and Notre Dame. I'd say if the Irish and the ducks beat USC its very likely they are both undefeated. Oklahoma is also gonna get a shot at the Irish and WVU. But WVU's biggest obstacle is probably KST. The SEC teams left in the hunt will take care of each other.
IF, big if, the irish go undefeated they are in the show. they have the tradition, influence and this year the schedule. If they run the table they will be the #1 team in the country. (god i hope not). Interesting conversation if Irish #1 and undefeated Oregon and SEC are there at the end. who do you leave out? (sorry WVU, no offense but i think the big 12 is low man on the totem pole if there are 4 undefeated teams in the league). Personally i think it would be an SEC vs Notre Dame. the "anyone but the SEC for a change" is not a valid arguement. You wanna be the champs you gotta beat the champs. especially when they are the 6x reigning Champs of CFB.
New AP Top 5: No. 1 Alabama, No. 2 Oregon, No. 3 South Carolina, No. 4 Florida, No. 5 West Virginia
