That's going to be tough to come back from. Man. All 4 ligaments plus the femur, and still recovering on the other leg.

I feel for the kid. He was ballin' yesterday until that injury. I hope he makes it back and can resume his career. Hate to see that happen to the kid.
its over for him. All 4 ligaments, plus the femur and patella.
He may suit up for senior day to walk out, but he will never play football again. He almost quit last year after the ACL tear, iirc.
I just hope South Carolina and the boosters take care of him and his family. Pay for whatever education he wants and give him a cushy job afterwards. He is the reason why South Carolina are a good program right now. His signing there turned that program around.
Marcus Lattimore has a dislocated knee.

The reports were wrong about 4 ligaments and broke his femur.
Seems that a knee dislocation requires the ligaments to be torn-
http://www.emedicinehealth.com/knee_...article_em.htm
Knee Dislocation Overview
A knee dislocation occurs when the bones that form the knee are out of place. A knee dislocation, more specifically, is when the bones of the leg (the tibia and fibula) are moved in relation to the bone in the thigh (femur). The bones of the knee are held together by strong bands of tissue called ligaments. Each ligament is responsible for stabilizing the knee in a certain position. For a knee dislocation to occur, these ligaments must tear.

Lattimore still may not be done with football. He still has a redshirt season available and even Spurrier mentioned that he could be back for the 2014 season.
You talk about bad luck, all Maryland QB's are out with injuries to the knee or leg. They will start a linebacker at QB for their next game. Damn.
Was just about to post that tweet Monte51Coleman. Funny stuff. Although a bit ironic given the size of EJ Manuel.
Jeff Ermann @insidemdsports
#Terps have lost THREE QBs to ACLs this yr & one to a foot injury. Never seen anything like it. Backup LB Shawn Petty your new starting QB.
Jeff @saintwarrick
Don't worry Terps, Virginia Tech's been starting a linebacker at QB all year long.
@Chris_DFB
if MD had a running game it'd be ok, but the best the running game has looked is when burns was in. Not sure WTF Edsall is going to do, but if he gets fired this year, it's a damn shame. I don't care what team you root for, if they are down to the 5th string QB, they are not winning 6 games.
He's not going to get fired. The buyout is too much, and the team already looks better than last year. I wanted him gone, but the team clearly is improved from last year. They gave WVU a good test, and lost to UConn, NC State, and BC in the final seconds.
He's not going anywhere. If Maryland had a healthy QB, they'd be pretty good. Losing 4 QB's isn't Edsall's fault.
