Who should I start? RG3 or Matt Ryan? I'm leaning towards Ryan but of course the homer in me says start RG3.

I have the same dilemma and I'm going Ryan.

You might actually be asking too little, but if you want to give him a good deal, seems pretty solid to me.

Thanks to your advice, I got even more than what I originally planned. I gave him Matt Ryan, and he gave me Gronkowski, Lance Moore, and London Fletcher. I desparately needed both a WR and a TE, and I got both. Threw London in because I could use a LB as well.

Plus I've got Brees, so when he and Lance Moore hook up, hopefully in the endzone a lot, I'll get double the money. Lance Moore is Brees #1 target this season so far, so I'm hoping that works out well.
