Yeah screw it I'm gonna do it. Gives me a top 5 QB, top 5 WR, top 5 RB, and top 5 TE now. I can always try and trade one of my WRs for a RB.

Great. The news just gets better and better.

Heck of a useful waiver addition whilst it lasted, God damn it!

I had him in 2 leagues too. It sucks because he's the only guy that the Rams threw too with regularity.

That was my thinking when I gave up Andre Johnson and Martin for Ray Rice. I already had a top QB in Ryan, WR in Megatron and TE in Witten. Rice just completed the set.

Throw the likes of Sproles and Wayne into the mix and it was just too good a trade to turn down when it was offered.

    Hail.

Yup plus I still have Martin and Spiller at RB and Colston, Jenning, and Lloyd at WR. So I can always trade one of those WRs for a RB later if I need to.

And of course the people in my league vetoed that trade. I'm the commish so now I'm in a tough spot. No way that trade should've been vetoed.

Wondering if Quick's worth a waiver flyer now.

Only had his first ever catch last night, but maybe now they get him involved and ask him to step up.

    Hail.

WTF. I think that trade is pretty damn even, given your lineup already and your need at WR.

Its because there are a few people in it who think that RG3 is not worth anything since he's on my bench. I have Matt Ryan so RG3 isn't going to start every week for me, but he's the #3 scoring QB in our league right now and Ryan is #2. So I don't need both, but every trade offer I get for RG3 is a joke. Last night someone sent me RG3, Colston, and Doug Martin for Julio Jones, Donald Jones, and Brandon Myers. Want to guess if he was one of the douchers that just vetoed the trade?

That's stupid. Obviously there are going to be some good players on people's benches, which is WHY they are more likely to be traded! The perceived value to the manager himself shouldn't weigh as much as the overall absolute fantasy value of the player.

Exactly. It sucks because this is a league with a bunch of HS buddies so we all know each other really well. This is the 2nd time a few of them have decided to veto trades, yet when they made a trade with each other no one said a word. But this is such BS. and as the commish I'm in a tough spot.

You could get really bitchy and veto any other trades just because. Not condoning that, and it's lowering yourself to their level which your above. But if they want to play games, then **** them and play right back.

There's NOTHING wrong with the trade whichever way you cut it. And the guy who offered it is obviously willing to give up Green for his needs. The B/S that some people pull in fantasy, a game that should be just that, and a fun escape on Sundays; is pathetic and tawdry in the extreme.

    Hail.
