That's an idea I'm toying with. Benching Forte could be considered blasphemy but he's up against the 49ers, and if Campbell is starting they'll be stacking the box all game. I can see Forte having a really bad game.

Just go with your gut on the Forte thing. It's not an easy call if Cutler sits.

Or Captain Checkdown might throw it to him about a million times.

Tough call, particularly if you're in a PPR.

    J. Stewart or Shonn Greene?

At this point, Greene gets more carries. The Carolina O-Coordinator abandons the run by the end of the 1st quarter.

If he's available...Palmer is an excellent fallback option at QB.

Raiders are chucking the ball like mad (and playing a lot of catchup).

This week against NO Palmer is a great pick up, and he's available in most leagues.

    Unfortunately someone already has him.

Someone offered me Freeman for Forte.

    My team right now:
    QB--Roethlisberger, Cutler
RB--Rice, Martin, Forte, Stewart, DRichardson, Wells
    WR--Harvin, Wallace, Nicks, DMoore, Young
    TE--Gonzalez

Why do that - is Nick Foles gone too?

No he's out there. Think he's worth a pick up?

How would you guys handle this trade that's pending in my fantasy league?

I have one owner who's team is 2-8 and they are definitely out of the playoff race. I just noticed today that they are attempting to trade RGIII & LeSean McCoy (his top two fantasy players) to a team that is 7-3 (2nd place in the league) for Kevin Kolb & Donald Brown. To me, it's obvious that they've worked out something behind the scenes and I'm just wondering what you guys suggest I do.

I've been the commissioner of this cash league (Yahoo) for four years now and this is the first time I've had this happen. Right now I have the rules set so that the league can vote on trades as opposed to me just overturning them. Both of these guys are good friends of mine and I've heard them joking about unloading players before and I told them not to do it. I'm concerned that if the trade goes through and the team still in contention wins it puts my reputation and the league reputation in jeopardy and we might lose a lot of good team owners that have been playing for the last 4 years.

Should I go to them directly and ask them to cancel the trade? Should I notify everyone else in the league about the trade and remind them that they can vote on it by Friday? Another option I saw is that I can change the trade settings to allow me to overturn it but I don't think that would be the best route. I'm just not sure. I feel like these guys are kind of putting me in a tough situation.

Seems really fishy. In my league we don't allow teams that are eliminated to make trades to try and prevent things like this from happening. There is no way I would let that go through.

Lol good point. I'm looking for an option more long-term since it sounds like Ben might be out for awhile. I'm 8-2 and tied for 1st so I don't wanna blow my chances because I have a terrible QB the rest of the way.
