In love with the Chicom CQB. First game using it, 57-3 domination. Fast mags & silencer works like a charm. Fun ****ing gun to use.

I'm old: I still play Reflex on the Wii online as i can aim and shoot and do everything that is Strategy i just can't figure out with a PS3 two thumb aiming style.
Will rent this one and see if its better than the last...

I am also a Claymore junkie that loves to setup shop and protect my building from all attacks shoot open road runners . any ideas on that playstyle?

I have a class setup for that playstyle, I use it all the time when I feel like camping and hitting big killstreaks

find yourself a nice window to camp, preferably one that overlooks the main part of the map (like the B domination area). Use the dual lethal perk, and setup 2 claymores at the main access points to your camping area. as far as primary, I prefer the HAMR, with red dot and extended mags. RPG for secondary. perks are flak jacket and hardline. flak is a must because after a few kills, kids will get mad and lob frags and SMAW rockets at you, and flak just eats 'em up. I can't remember if i have on quick hands or whatever as well.

using this setup yesterday, I went 34-2 on Hijacked. just camping in the window like a little chump. got a lot of rage messages and was cussed at in the post-game lobby. I usually play like thhis after a tough loss or when i'm in a slump. Nothing like camping your way to some stealth choppers and AGRs when you've been doing poorly.

Work on unlocking the 'target finder' attachment for a specific gun. Doesn't take too long to unlock. Thing highlights enemies for you (if they aren't using the cold blooded perk). The problem you'll have is unlocking the two booby traps in this game (claymores and bouncing betties). Your precious claymores are unlocked very late, you'll have to do a lot of playing to even get them. Bouncing Betties are the same concept, but their qualities differ. They're unlocked a bit earlier than claymores.

    Oh and stop campin'.

I've noticed an uptick in the amount of people "kill streak camping" in domination. They won't even go for objectives. We'll be winning something like 100-50 (holding A and B) for a good period of time then out come the loadstars, sentry guns and other top end kill streaks. It's pretty lame. I still win, but it's quite obvious that these people aren't going for objectives, just huge kill streaks.

I will never understand this. Snipers exist in battle, and they aren't running around in the open to prove their manliness.

I rarely snipe. I run and gun almost every time. But if a guy wants to set up some claymore and hunker down to try to pick off the guys that think they gave to run around to be more manly, go for it.

I have no chance of running around w/ 8 shot pistols dual wielded .. I can barely move and shoot with that remote.
They need to make the same pointer for the PS3 as the Wii had a decade ago. They have it, its just not associated with any game worth playing.

Wow, good to know it's a question of masculinity instead of tactics. It's fine when you can post up in good positions and hold a critical chokepoint down. If you wanna camp way behind the front line, however, you're hopefully not on my team. TDM, FFA, I get it, but the majority of gametypes are objective games where the front lines need to be pushed.

Sniping is great. The SVU-AS sniper rifle is my highest K/D ratio weapon, I hardscope like hell with that thing. Restricting myself to one area, however, would be cheating my hard working teammates up front.

That wasn't necessarily meant for you but that is definitely the direction those debates go. Of course, I really only plat tdm and kc.

You know what I do when people on my team are camping in dumb locations?

I throw smoke right on where they are camping.

    Yeah, I'm a douche.

yeah dude, nothing wrong with defending objectives. For domination, if we've got A and B, I will defend B from THEIR side, closer to C. nothing wrong with spawn trapping and demoralizing them as they can't get out. shame on them for not going hard for B from the get go, and they deserve to be punished.

BUt I agree, if you've got A & B, and you're still in a dark window near the A side, you're a *****. Those are the kinda guys that end the round with 1 capture but have 7 defends. They just sit around, waiting to hear "losing A" and then they pop out from their dark corner and shoot people in the back. Wussy tactics if you ask me, but hey whatever works for them I guess. They paid their $60 just like i did...

Some people are more interested in hitting killstreaks and finishing with a K/D over 3.00 than they are winning the game, which also annoys me. Don't play objective games if you just want to "killstreak camp."

Holy ****, that's such a good idea. I've always gone up and knifed them in their faces while yelling instructions. "Get off the wall dildo and come help us!"
