I have been going crazy with the my "fast" class. I use the dual wield auto pistol that is the last to get unlocked. I add all the fast Perks to the class and swap out scavenger for the primary weapon slot.

I have a "patroller" class that I use for defening objectives. full auto FN FAL, with my secondary full auto FN FAL. its not fair.

I was getting my ass handed to me yesterday for some reason. Started my first two games with somewhere near a 2-1 or 3-1 KD then I was struggling to stay positive after that. Possible connection problems but I hate to be the one to blame lag.

I don't mind. This game is totally screwed up with lag. They (Treyarch) know it and if you google "Blacks Ops 2 Lag" you will get a million hits.

It's true, some of the YouTube videos I see make me want to throw the game in the trash, because it confirms that I was justified in all those WTF moments I've had so far in this game

This guy is actually pretty funny, and points out the issues with toughness and auto aim and hit reg and the lag...lol

As far as connection issues, Have you ever tried switching your search preferences from "normal" search to "best?"

I was lagging really badly at first, struggling to go even 1:1 kd, ALWAYS losing 1v1 shootouts. I literally never once had a 4 bar.connection.

Since ive been using "best," i almost ALWAYS have a 4 full bar connection and.have been putting up huge numbers. No problems with lag since.

Yeah, I have mine set to best as well. I usually run with parties of 3 or more so sometimes I don't have that option though.

That does not work with parties and who wants to play with randoms? I did experiement with the "best" setting and I still get tons of lag. I should correct myself. It is not the lag so much as lag compensation. Basically, the better your connection the more screwed you get. I have the fastest verizon fios connection available and I get hosed all the time. When my friend with the worst connection available hosts, I am basically unbeatable.

Yeah, that really sucks about the lag compensation. Those who pay for quality internet get screwed. I'm one of those people

That is too bad about the randoms. For me 99% of the fun is playing with friends and using strategy and BSing...

The VTOL Warship is a bad mofo, only 100 more points than the Lodestar. Tough choice, I assume the Warship is tougher to shoot down, and boy did I go ham on the kids with that thing. It's like the Chopper Gunner from MW3, except you have missiles and can command the VTOL to move positions. I sent that bad boy out when the other team had B and A, a few moments later we were easily dominating. First impression is that this thing is too powerful.

Overpowered is fine because of the high cost to get that bad boy. I run drone, care package, missile. I've had a couple of them through the care packages....amazing!

i agree. as much as it takes to get there, it deserves to be a wrecking machine.

I'm not nearly good enough to hit those high killstreaks, but I used it against bots in practice mode. that thing is nasty LOL.

Lag sux!! I lose battles all of the time, even when I have first (second and sometimes third) shot. I played with Viper (Guys a beast!! ) and in one kill cam, I easily had 2 shots on the guy.

But I'm in Phoenix, and it may be me. I'll share some of the responsibility. The only thing about "sharing" the responsibility for connection, is that in other games, I've never had issues. Just drives me crazy cuz in other COD games, this wasn't an issue. One could easily play a night of games without any problems. Now it feels like, we can't play a single game without some sort of host errors.

So I realized this weekend that my aim is not where it should be. I made a class with sprint, cold blooded, extreme conditioning, engineer, two emp grenades, and the tac .45 w/ red dot - no main weapon. Engineer shows enemy claymores, and the emp grenades destroy all enemy emplacements (the AGR needs a couple plus some bullets). I run around like Im on crack and that .45 is just deadly.

My aim is getting MUCH better. Just a thought for those of us who seem to always lose that head to head one on one battle (me included). Its also awesome to get that final kill cam busting someones melon from 100' away with a pistol.....lol

The Chicom CQB is the fastest 3 shot burst gun in any COD...easily. Go ahead and keep pulling the trigger as fast as you can, you can literally make it flow at a fully automatic pace. And the damn thing fires a trillion rounds a minute. Here I was pissed that I had to "deal" with this gun. Holy ****, man.
