When its all said and done both Lacy and Yeldon might be better backs than Ingram and Richardson. Lacy has some incredible power

Alabama is a recruiting powerhouse. Why can't they ever get a QB who isn't garbage?

Imagine how good they could be if they actually got an NFL QB.

I don't much care for Murray's arm at this point in time. He can't really spin it

I like how the announcer feels so proud of himself for calling the run right as if it was Jones's fault Lacey got that TD. Jones was doubled on that run and held his ground. The key block was on Shawn Williams. I think it was Fluker down field.

Georgia also wasn't lined up right there. Bama had what, four blockers to the right of center on that play? Georgia was in man coverage and had two players on that side of their defense to deal with four blockers and the safety got no protection whatsoever.

He's tough though. That was a dirty ass hit from Quinton Dial and Murray just rolled with it.

He doesn't have an NFL arm though. Backup QB.

SEC: Big Boy Defensive Football. AKA, our QBs suck.

Seriously, why is it so hard for these schools to find good QBs like the Pac 12 and Big 12 do?

When a playmaker actually comes in he lights the conference up: Cam Newton, Johnny Football, JaMarcus Russell. Though Matt Stafford never did.

I'd be so much more excited about seeing Bama or LSU or Georgia in the title game if their QBs didn't blow.

    Really do like him.

But, 1st rounder and scheduled for 2014.

Got to say that Greg Blair has made some nice plays today. Still late round guy, possibly 7th.

He's not great at shedding blocks but I like his instincts and he seems to find the ball carrier well. I do want to see more collision with him. Yet once he gets a full head of steam, like on a blitz, he can disrupt. I think he got a sack there just a few minutes back. I've counted a handful of tackles today, more assisted half tackles, some solo.

They can save almost 16 million parting ways with Hall, Fletcher(who I think might retire), Wilson, Merriweather, Doughty and Moss. And there's plenty of people I think they can restructure. Williams, Cofield, Bowen, Montgomery, Chester, Carriker,

I'd love to have multiple guys in this game. A lot of talent on defense.

Paying QB's is extremely risky. That and the big QB recruits don't want to be game managers for Saban and Miles.

Agreed. I wouldn't be mad at a Alabama/Georgia/LSU only draft every year
