Tavon Austin may be SLIGHTLY more explosive, but we are talking the difference between 2nd and 4th-5th round. Goodwin is a better value in the 4th-5th.

Goodwin is a better blocker and is a little stronger at breaking tackles too. Austin is the flashy pick, but I believe that if Goodwin was in that offense, he would have gotten off just like Austin.

    Round 2-Justin Hunter WR
    Round 3-DJ Swearinger S
    Round 4-Blidi Wreh-Wilson CB
    Round 5-Kerwynn Williams RB
    Round 5-Ace Sanders WR
    Round 6-Damion Stafford S
    Round 7-Chris Thompson RB

Cool, I agree with that just purely off round value but id rather austin in this O. I will be satisfied with a speedy,wr-rb,combo type of player that can take punts an short passes to the house! If he fits those skills draft him...

Maybe its just me, but I'd take Tevin Reese out of Baylor in the 3rd

Haven't seen much of Baylor this year. Personally, I like a RT and CB for rounds 2 and 3 so that would be my only gripe with getting any WR in the 3rd.

SN: Quinton Patton will be good in the NFL I think him and Justin Hunter are the best WRs in this draft.

I like Reese as well but I want a diverse playmaker not a Wr. A guy like Austin or Archer have played Rb and Wr effectively that will cause serious matchup problems for defenses.

How to teams matchup do they go nickel or dime or get burnt in there base againest the pass. If they go coverage now your losing meat in the run game.

Having a guy like that to lineup with Rg3 and Morris is gonna be unfair. You can run zone read with Morris and run option off that. Austin can also motion out, run routes from the backfield againest Lb's. This is'nt even getting into his ability in the slot and the screen game with big return ability.

I still prefer Goodwin, but I like Reese. I think 3rd is too high for him though.

What is your opinion on Blidi Wreh-Wilson at CB?

Instead of taking a guy like Tavon Austin with a 2nd round pick, i would prefer taking Theo Riddick in the later rounds, he is going to be a steal in this draft.

I think everybody likes what Riddick can do, but at the same time people want the home run threat and that is not what Riddick is. That's why the conversation hasn't gone past Austin, Archer, Goodwin, and Reese lol

Yeah...I like him as my 3rd rounder.
What i've kind of gathered from my convos with others is that Wreh-Wilson is looking like a mid 2nd to mid 3rd once we get to April

Another thing is our picks will likely be mature seniors.

How many of our picks other then Rg3 have been underclassmen the last 3 year?
