Same goes for almost everyone on that list. Sean Smith is Miami's best corner, and unless they particularly eye one in the draft I really doubt they send him packing. The only time you may get a good player is when he is in a bad position, a la Asomugha in Oakland or Bailey here. If Talib were still in TB I would think he'd be an FA, but with the patriots he'll likely be resigned. Kerry Rhodes is a player I could see becoming an FA. Adrian Wilson as well (that Cardinals team is getting blown up). Shields is a possibility.

Manny Lawson could suit us well as a backup and pass rush specialist (he could fly back in college). He could probably start elsewhere so he likely wouldn't sign with us, but always a thought.
It comes down to whether the player wants to leave are not. Jairus Byrd may not want to continue playing with the sorry Bills. Sean Smith may find another place more enticing where he could win.

One guy that could be a sleeper is Brent Grinds. He was a very good cover corner before he got hurt. Atlanta likely won't spend the money to resign him...the only catch is how if any at all, has that injury affected him.

I think Grimes stays, though Atlanta has a ton of talent in the secondary this is their window. If they want a run at the superbowl they are likely doing it with the players they have now.

Buffalo may be bad, but it has the promise of getting better. That defense has certainly improved since the start of the season and if it all comes together it's a really nasty looking d. Miami is another case where you gotta believe success is in the future. Tom Brady won't be around for forever. Plus they traded Vontae Davis, they have a lot of faith in Smith so I see them resigning him.

DRC may hit market due to Philly getting blown up. Same with the Arizona safeties, as they are 30+ and that team is about to get blown up. There will be of course more but I really doubt the choice ones even hit FA.

I don't think its whether Grimes WANTS to stay. I just don't think Atlanta will resign him because they do have plenty of talent in the secondary, and Grimes will not be necessarily cheap. Plus he will be coming off a serious injury so with all those factors, I think he hits the market. It will be a risk to whoever signs him though.

Glover Quin is a down in-the-box SS. He's cover Hernadez tonight.

Any one think Mike Jenkins can play FS for us? Not sure if Cowturds has experimented with this.

    Quin with a HUGE PD.

Nice coverage, Gruden called him a "Dime LB." Anyway, he's an in the box guy, SS. Good coverage skills though. He'll get paid, he's got some impressive athleticism.

Man Watt is a beast. It's just amazing how almost every single play he is coming free. Credit to their coverage though, it isn't like Brady is getting wide open throws.

Got a bad rap because of the JAX Hail Mary a few years ago, but quietly has been a very good player for HOU

Man the Patriots look like they are going to the SB again.

I would take a flyer on Lattimore in the later rounds. I mean it would be absolutely stupid not too select him in rounds 5-7 maybe even the 4th. How many time do those picks fan out, injury and everything, if you see that talent that late in the draft you take him

I disagree with Lattimore being an elite talent. He never looked like he healed from his first knee injury, I think it's risky to project that he heals from both of them. This year he had horribly slow cuts and ran with no real power. You can IR him for a year and hope he returns to his sophomore form, but I'd feel a lot better about doing that if this was Lattimore's first knee injury, not his second. Besides, we all remember Malcomb Kelly.

I think Quin can play either strong or free. Being a former CB Quin is probably better at man to man coverage then Manning and that is probably why he drew the coverage assignment on Hernandez, a tough man to man match-up for any S.

I wouldn't draft Lattimore before the 6th or 7th. What's the point of drafting an injured back when you can spend a 6th rounder on a no name back and get a 1200 yard season out of him?
