What round do you guys see Khaseem greene from Rutgers going???? I like him allot. Smart football player who can play both inside and outside ilb/olb. I see him going in the 3rd round.

We gotta go bpa no matter who is there and what our needs are. Either it be safety, cb, ilb/olb and rt.

I know it's bad to wish injuries on players but I don't really care--I hope somebody breaks Richard Sherman's jaw next week. He's a piece of trash.

Khaseem will be a likely 2nd rounder but an early one

What about Bruce Irvin hitting griff??? Or browner ripping off garçons helmet? Ok aside from that Russ Wilson is pure class his teammates should follow his path and zip it.

And really the 2nd round dukes ... Wow I see him going in the 3rd... We gotta get more pressure on the qb, but also address the 2ndary. Blitzing all the time is ok but miller owned us when we got caught... We need more of a pass rush...

Greene is one of the more touted prospects in this class. He's a better player than Lavonte David and from everything i've kinda gathered its a solid early 2nd round on him

I like how smart he is and how he can play multiple positions for us.

It's funny how what we believed to be the strength (offense) flipped to be the weakness. RGIII's talent has masked the mediocrity of this O. Garçon needs help. This OL also needs to get better on the right side.

I say get the safety in the second or third round and get some weapons for this offense. Also next year is a "put up or shut up" year for Hankerson. I think he has been a disappointment so far.

    Round 2-Justin Hunter WR
    Round 3-DJ Swearinger S
    Round 4-Blidi Wreh-Wilson CB
    Round 5-Kerwynn Williams RB
    Round 5-Ace Sanders WR
    Round 6-Damion Stafford S
    Round 7-Chris Thompson RB

Ok, draft geniuses/junkies, two questions, can we get any good RTs after the 2nd round(I want our 2nd round pick to be a CB)? And, what round does Mathieu go in? I would love to steal him in the 5th-6th.
Also, are there any Jenkins(Rams) or Burfict type players this year? By that, I mean are there any guys who should be first round picks but are dropping due to other issues? Would love to hear some of your answers, since some of you guys are literally as good as nfl scouts with this stuff. Thanks.

    1. You can always find a good T after the 2nd round.
    2. Mathieu for me is in the 5th to 6th round range although I wouldn't be surprised if he went undrafted
    3. Are there guys like Burfict and Jenkins? Only one I can think of off the top of my head is Mathieu. Kiko Alonso from Oregon is also a troubled player

Was Kiki Alonso originally heralded as a 1st-2nd rounder?

Hes a MIKE isnt he? If he is who I think he is, hed be a great pick for an eventual replacement to Fletcher.

No, but a talented but troubled player. Has a lot of issues

And when you go past the games where he was getting beat earlier in the year, he actually finished with nice numbers this season--5 picks and 12 PBUs. He's a big play machine even when he's struggling. 17 passes defended this year and 18 the year before. If he was a cleaner tackler he'd help himself, much like Hall does.

I think his range is a toss up too. A project but the raw tools are outstanding and his upside is very high. There will probably be years where he gets a ton of accolades and trips to Hawaii then other years where the fans want to run him out of town. He could be a good fit here scheme-wise. There is definitely a place in our defense for an off zone specialist.
After seeing what bigger CBs can do with a bit of experience I think Amerson could become pretty elite by season 2/3 ala Browner and Sherman. Amerson, at the moment, is not as pysical as the Seattle duo but in time with proper coaching and technique work he could become a force. Not sure if our defense is built in the Seattle mold but I dont see how any defense would not benefit from a guy that can lock up a receiver 1 on 1 when necessary.

I would target guys that drop for reasons other than being a dumb___

Like RB Chris Thompson for injuries not dumb___ like Alonso who isn't that great to begin with.

Garçon was actually getting open on Browner. A combination of poor pass protecting and RGIII just being off his game left that matchup unexploited though. The issue is the other WRs who can not consistently get open.

I actually take the opposite approach. This team desperately needs some extra weapons on offense. The defense will only get better with the return of all the injured players.

Very late to the party this year.

But time to start looking into next season. Looks like i have 118 pages of reading to do to catch up.

Questions for Dukes or whoever else might know. Are there any good NT type coming out this year that we might be able to grab in 5-7 rounds.

Not sure a ton of the 5th to 7th round guys, but the 3rd to 4th round has a couple of guys I'd take at NT
