"Watching RG3 today is like watching Jordan vs. the Blazers years ago. Waiting for him to shrug his shoulders as he runs by cameras." - John Keim, November 22, 2012. Thanksgiving at Dallas
The injury was referred to as being on the second toe on the ball of the foot. If shanny is describing it accurately than this sounds like exactly what ive done to my toe/foot as well. I play competitive flag football regularly, and Ive been dealing with an injury to the ball of my foot on my second toe. My injury occured while accelerating towards a ball in the air.

It is generally believed that capsulitis of the second toe is a result of abnormal foot mechanics, where the ball of the foot beneath the toe joint takes an excessive amount of weight-bearing pressure.
If this is what has happened to Garcon I can tell you its more pain throughout the week than it is in actual gametime. Practice would be a killer though.

Please Pierre....please. My fantasy receivers have been slumming...I need him back in there for both me and the Skins lol.
GEORGIA AVENUE.
Jim Haslett is a horrible coach.
Gone, but not forgotten... RIP RP
i have been historically pretty tough on orakpo, mainly because i think he has a lot of untapped potential. but what i was seeing from him recently was an improvement in coverage and run stopping abilities. this is exactly what i wanted to see from him.
unfortunately, he's gone for the year but we have jackson to take his place. i have thought for some time that jackson might be capable of putting pressure on the qb to a similar effect as orakpo. i guess we'll see.
Garcon doubtful, Wilson probable, Merriweather questionable. Sucks Garcon goes from questionable to doubtful the next week wish knew what was really up with him.
WTF. How did he go from jumping around at the end of the Saints game to not playing 2 weeks later. Startin to think he's soft.

Garcon's injury status is frustrating to say the least
It's a foot sprain. Sprains can get reaggravated. As frustrating as it is I'd rather have it heal up and be 100% the rest of the season then have him at 70% for one game then out two more weeks.
Really starting to wonder about the training staff...
wow, watching that video all I can say is![]()
Ugh, Im watching that video and Im in question. Maybe its just adrenaline and his happy to get a win. Plus his doubtful for this week now
