Like others, let's begin the Pierre Garcon Surgery Watch 2012.
There's a tear. Geez, I wonder what fixes a tear like that? Bite the bullet, end his season, find whatever surgery he needs because I'm pretty sure "staying off" the foot won't bring him back anywhere near 100%.
Will over skill.
Too many drops. No thanks.
Well, the original post was about how Plaxico was a problem in the lockeroom, which he couldn't provide an example and all I said was the worse thing Plaxico did was shoot himself in the leg and spike the ball while the play was still live. I've not heard anything about him being a problem in the lockeroom.
I used Bonds as an example as someone who presented problems in the lockeroom (notice I didn't say an athlete who receives preferential treatment), because there are many quotes from his former teamates saying that he WAS a problem in the lockeroom, the recliner was just the tip of the iceberg. It baffles me how people defend Barry Bonds in anything to this day. By all accounts from media, fans and teamates, he turned into a selfish prick from the time he went from Pittsburgh to SF.
Redskins 2013 Opponents:
Home- Dallas, NY Giants, Philadelphia, Detroit, Chicago, San Francisco, Kansas City, San Diego
Away- Dallas, NY Giants, Philadelphia, Green Bay, Minnesota, Atlanta, Denver, Oakland
So he got busted for speeding. Big deal. I've been busted for speeding 3 times in my life, does that make me a jerk? Link to all these lockeroom problems or it didn't happen. I've just not heard about any lockeroom problems.
FWIW, I say no thanks also. I like our receivers this year despite Garcon being hurt. They need to give Briscoe more playing time.

Do we realistically have the money to sign a guy like Wallace and fix our secondary? I wish I knew the cap situation next year and who we have to cut to save money ect.
Im assuming our #1 need will be CB, then FS. If Hall is able to be retained though, can we move him to FS? Is Hall a goner regardless? i wish I knew this cap stuff a little better. Can we afford to sign a stud WR too with the 18 million cap penalty? All kinds of questions
I know this sounds crazy, but I'm for keeping Moss another year. He still has it and is a viable #2 alongside Garcon. This rejuvenated version of Moss with a healthy Garcon and Fred Davis will be fine for next year.Start Merriwether and sign solid but not great S and nickel CB and the D should be good enough to support the offense. We don't have to be a 10 ten defense anymore.
Give RGIII an elite defense, then it's over. Buy your Super Bowl tickets early

we'd be very competitive even with a below average D. We're a historically bad defense this year.
I'm not worried about Garcon's injury this year, since it seems very unlikey he would be able to help seeing as how Griffin will be handicapped by our defense all year long, but I'm more interested to see if Merriweather comes back at all. Our WRs haven't been playing that bad. There isn't a true number 1, but every guy seems to be playing pretty decently.
I'm more worried about Fletcher's consecutive game streak being broken this weekend than I am about Garcon right now.
The press asked a Redskins executive about the salary cap penalty and the executive responded, "Ask John Mara." So the press asked Mara and he said, “What they did was in violation of the spirit of the salary cap. "
Oh I see now, even though there was no actual salary cap in 2010 according to the CBA, the "spirit" of the salary cap still existed. Thanks for clearing that up Mara.
