"Watching RG3 today is like watching Jordan vs. the Blazers years ago. Waiting for him to shrug his shoulders as he runs by cameras." - John Keim, November 22, 2012. Thanksgiving at Dallas
Meriweather and Garcon are in after the bye or they get put in IR. I think that's where we are at now
correct on Garcon unfortunately

too many injuries... at least the youngsters are getting a good look (ie Jarvis)
Being a Redskins fan prepares you for life.
Vinny Cerrato believes he gave Jim Zorn a roster that can make the playoffs. A playoff kicker doesn't miss that kick. A playoff safety doesn't bite multiple times by a double move in the same game.Originally Posted by suze109
I have no idea if this is even close to the same injury, but this Pierre injury feels EXACTLY like the Kyrie Irving injury when he was at Duke a few years ago.
- Starts off the season phenomenally
- Strangely hurts his foot, but keeps playing through rest of game
- Sits out, for what everyone thinks is just a few games
- Injury keeps lingering
If the story continues to unfold this way, Pierre will be back at the very end of the season to disrupt any chemistry the team has built to this point.
So do we go into next season thinking Merriweather's going to be the starter or do we scrap that experiement?
I cant help but wonder how this thread of bad/sad/mad news is rated so high!
I get crushed everytime I recall the sheer beauty of Garcon's long TD against NO. Just knowing what might have been is so freaking depressing.
Conservatives cant trust Republicans
Any updates on the injuries from practice today?
Per Chris Russell, Garcon practiced Monday and could return Sunday.

The press asked a Redskins executive about the salary cap penalty and the executive responded, "Ask John Mara." So the press asked Mara and he said, “What they did was in violation of the spirit of the salary cap. "
Oh I see now, even though there was no actual salary cap in 2010 according to the CBA, the "spirit" of the salary cap still existed. Thanks for clearing that up Mara.
