I'm assuming that it's Sundberg's non-snapping arm. Can he play with a cast? Sounds like he has the courage.

If it is his non-snapping arm, and depending on where the cast would be placed, I would think he could play with it. I don't think that the coaches would risk that if it effects his grip on the ball at all though.

still I think blows to a broken bone hurt even in a cast. It's not like movies or wrestling where once your arm is set and the cast is on you're got a great weapon. If someone could smack it, then it might make it tough to block

I included the CBs because you never know when an older CB might make a decent FS
I wouldn't mind giving Atogwe a call. At least he knows the system.

    Atogwe's hurt too, lol.

Our safety curse afflicts people who aren't even on the team.

I've seen lots of players playing with casts. I'm thinking that if he can play most of the game with a broken arm not in a cast, his pain tolerance is probably pretty high.

We should just bring in the next best safety we cut from training camp who hasn't been picked up yet. We could also sign someone from someone else's practice squad.

Few guys with decent scouting reports on other teams PS, some are corners though.

    Ricardo Silva, S Lions http://sidelionreport.com/2012/09/05...ractice-squad/

    DeShawn Shead, S Seahawks http://www.nfldraftscout.com/ratings...2012&genpos=SS

Anderson Russell, S Dolphins (former Redskin) http://www.nfldraftscout.com/ratings...2010&genpos=FS

I say we just surgically remove his arm and attach a juggs machine to the stump. Perfect long snaps all day baby.

Might be late on this, but on Comcast SportsNet it was said that Sundberg is done for the year.

    NOOOO For a broken arm?

RIP Blake Fomby... You will be missed... Love you brother. Hope they keep the roof open at Cowboys Stadium so you can still watch them from up there...

You sure they weren't talking about Bernstine?
