I've kind of come around on Westbrook. Sure, he can go Brick City from time to time, but he is an amazing player, and needs to be featured alongside Durant. I don't think they can get to where they want to go with him not being a major reason why. He could potentially be the reason why they don't get to where they need to go as well. I think he just has to be who he is.

Boston is about to be in for a very rough stretch.
The spurs are the best team in basketball. I think Duncan is finally healthy and determined to win a title before he retires.
We'll see what they look like come playoff time. They looked like the best team in the NBA last year, until OKC woke up and gave them that work.
They've got four high quality players. Ibaka and Martin are good too. Ibaka is playing just below an All Star level this year. Sefolosha and Collison are good role players. And the Spurs don't have anyone near as good as Durant.
In a seven game series, OKC has proven they can overwhelm the Spurs with talent.

It only appears that way because those two men are so good. Ibaka's 14 and 8 per game wouldn't be so over shadowed on every NBA team, neither would Kevin Martin's 15.2ppg. Those numbers would make them the 3rd and 4th highest scorers on the spurs just like they are on the Thunder.
Both Martin and Ibaka are so inconsistent though. One game they'll have 23, then not even hit double figures the next. And one of Ibaka's strengths the past few seasons were blocks. Without looking it up, I'd say he's averaging at least a block per game less this year. Like, you, or another poster pointed out, he's' also mostly a jump shooter.
I like the Thunder as a regular season team, but I'm feel they are a slightly worse team this year.
The Thunder are a little better this year because Ibaka and Durant got so much better IMO. And the dropoff from Harden to Martin hasn't been as large as it seemed like it would be. Collison got better too. Westbrook is playing at about the same level net-net but he's traded scoring for a big bump in his assists which has been good for the team overall.
They're winning more this year than they did last year. 77% vs. 71%.
