Meh, it was stupid for him to dunk over a pic of himself and then sign his own pic. Wasn't a fan of it.

Dunks are only exciting when they are unscripted in games. Ben McLemore just threw down a breakaway 360 against Texas. The whole building went crazy. It needs to be an organic moment.

Dr J, Jordan, Wilkins and Carter used to put on some great shows. Why is this the only event where the superstars refuse to compete in on All Star Saturday?

1st dunk sucked because he used a prop and then signed his own portrait. Screams ego.

2nd dunk nearly had me out of my seat, even with the prop usage.

I swear...I'm going to grade these players harshly if they use props. MJ and Wilkins didn't use no props.

I was disappointed in the art dunk. I thought he was gonna somehow remove the sheet as he was going up or something. That dunk was pretty weak. But there were actually a few I thought were good.

However, Charles was right. No matter how many good dunks these guys do, it doesn't matter. No one even knows who the guy who won last year is. And the guy that won it this year, too.

The Unlimited put this to shame.

All the dunks have been done, the props are the only difference between what was done many years ago.


I want to see that little guy jump off the trampoline and do some real circus stuff. Imagine a guy like Mugsy...not on NBA Jam...actually dunking for a silly contest. Not only would it be entertaining, but it would be a first.

Spud only won the dunk contest because he was short. The really tall athletic guys don't have the lift to make it exciting. Seems easy because they are already at the rim (with arms extented).

Dunk contests are won in general by guys in the 6-5 - 6-9 range ( It seems anyway).

RBs aren't judged on titles? Says who? I know many people that refuse to claim Sanders as the greatest RB ever, because he lacks a title. And I've heard former players (even HOFers) state the same thing.

From what I've seen and heard, Sanders is almost universally considered as one of the top 2 RB of all time. Jim Brown being the other. From what I've seen, most people put Sanders over Emmit Smith. On the otherhand, Dan Marino is one of the greatest passers of all time but since he didn't win a title, he's ranked much lower than he should be.
