I think a lot of those folks angry at Kyle were looking ahead... Sloppy play will keep this team from the playoffs. I, for one, don't blame Kyle because he adjusts better than any OC we've had since Gibb I. He can't make sure our players stay disciplined... That falls on elder Shanahan. I'm super glad we won, but I don't want to be the Lions redux. Mike needs to unload on these guys or our penalties and miscues will continue.

Happy with a decisive win, but we left lots of points on the field and committed lots of penalties. We should've scored AT LEAST 37 points.
"Whilst" is a word only used by pseudointellectuals trying to make themselves sound intelligent.

Sometimes, because it does get so bad so often, I think of going back to having a separate "piss-n-moan" gameday thread like we used to do for the habitually and excessively one-sided and regularly gratuitous version of bitching (not the reasonable/normal venting or even occasional over the top exaggeration)....and if you don't know which one you belong in you end up in neither.

That seemed to work well for everyone.

And practice intelligent self-preservation here---if you're so inclined to post to "explain" justifications for your being unhappy with stuff...don't. I kind of know the situation, team-wise and bard-wise.

It's too stupid to tolerate to imply I wouldn't know everything you're possibly going to "tell" me.

My comments here have zero to do with "all the good reasons to be very unhappy." They have to do with exactly what I typed.

If you have an opinion on whether you like the idea of returning to that way or not (I'd actually rather not) and want to post that in reply, fine, but I'm not making a formal survey, either. I'd start a new thread for that--I'm just doing a little venting of my own more than anything.

Let's take it one step at a time mate. The Skins won a game they were suppose to win. After the Car debacle earlier, I'm happy they did that. And in a convincing fashion none the less.

I'm personally fine with the way the GDT's are laid out now. If there was a choice I know which type of GDT I would subscribe to but I don't feel the need to try and force a "happy" thread and a "sad, mad" thread on the board. A set up like that I think should ultimately up to the moderator's discretion.

I don't really like it either, intellectually, but I have to admit it worked well. Still, I have no intention of doing it at this time. I don't know what any other moderator may decide. I think zoony did it, initially, last time, and I rmeebr thinking then "wow, great idea", but since then, even when it's bad in there, it just doesn't seem as needed as it did then.

They certainly don't make the GDT any fun to participate in.

The Redskins were up 24-6, and there were "fans" calling for Kyle to be fired.

WTF! Constantly whining about the option play. I honestly think these geniuses want the Redskins to throw the ball 60 yards downfield on EVERY PLAY.

To read the GDT, you would think the Redskins were losing 31-6.

And folks wonder why I don't suggest this site to Redskin fans I know anymore.
    HAIL TO THE REDSKINS!!!!

Yeah, that was the reaction from the radio folks.

The Skins finally got to kick the **** out of a hurt team.

(The fact that it was Philly just made it better.)

    Not me.

I want to run the ball up the middle on every play.

    Fun game to watch.

The Eagles are awful. Really bad. Loved watching us kick the **** out of them regardless.
