I have never said that. Someone else on here was having a lot of issues though. It's an awesome phone and I can't wait to get Key Lime Pie. The one drag on the Nexus is the battery life is inexcusable. Project Roadrunner should alleviate that.

I was holding out for a Nexus phone, but the SIII just seemed so perfect. It's a great phone don't get me wrong. I just get so frustrated with the whole Android updating situation. It really isn't that hard, but its mainly the carriers that drag their feet constantly on this stuff. There's no reason they can't push these updates out faster, but they just don't want to put the time into it.

There's zero excuse for the delays (Google tried to form an agreement to have a time limit on delaying updates) but, again, that's why I got a Nexus.

Android 4.2 Key Lime Pie will be revealed in less than two weeks as well as the new Nexus phone. Also the rumors surrounding the Samsung Galaxy SIV are that it's essentially a laptop within a smartphone.

Its definitely not on Google. Its the phone makers and the carriers. And mostly the carriers. For instance, JB is out on I believe all international GSIII's. Yet none of the American carries have pushed out a JB update yet. Why? They have to load all their crap on there. Once a stable JB Rom is out, I'm rooting my phone to get the Verizon crap off my phone. Does anyone seriously use VZ Navigator?

That's the current Nexus phone.

I think from now on any new OS will work for both tablets and phones.

Not yet. We'll all know more once they officially announce it. I would imagine all Nexus devices will definitely get it. Other than that, it's anyone's guess. Like I said earlier, there are still phones waiting for ICS let alone JB. So who knows what will get updated and how long it will take.

I have a HTC One X and should be getting Jelly Bean sometime this month.
