It's easy to say Rak or Hall but let me remind EVERYBODY that we wanted Landry/Carlos out nor did we really care if they left and looks whats it gotten us into. No talent in the secoudary maybe outside of Hall. Anyone can make an argument to who you want gone.
Lol at Cundiff or Banks not being easily replaced. Now those screaming to cut Hall and all is just silly, but those two are not big parts of the system.

Haslett, Bruce Allen and the Shanny's, everything else will take care if itself from there.

RG3 is the real deal, but he needs players around him. The team has some pieces but I don't trust this front offices ability to scout any position beyond RB. Get rid of them and put in a scout heavy front office, this team could be set 2-3 years from now.

Cundiff obviously, after today's exhibit, but Banks is wearing thin on my nerves.. We always knew he "could" be a liability putting the ball on the ground.. Now it's happening, and quite often.. Could of lost at leat 3 already this year if he wasn't lucky.. If there's a DB worth bringing in, I'd seriously consider cutting BB..

Are you serious? The people who brought in RG3 and given him the best offense in the NFL - you want them out? Who would you have coaching then? How about the GM who got us Garcon, Morgan, etc.? You, my friend, are a little lost with that post.

The only guy I really have a problem with this point is Cundiff. Niles Paul is a few drops away from being added to the list. Jordan Black single-handley lost the Bengals game for us, but I don't know who would replace him. I thought Cedric Griffin would be making me angrier, but at this point he hasn't been.

For the most part, I feel like the guys on our team are playing up to par with their skill level. The only one who truly deserves to get the *boot* right now is Cundiff and it needs to happen before noon tomorrow.

I think Cundiff was simply bought in for kickoffs more than field goals. The guy just cant kick fg's. I like Gano better in fg situations than Cundiff.

Any guy who has one bad game in DC deserves to be cut. We have the worse fans in the NFL. No wonder we cant win at home. Who would want to win for a bunch of couch coaches.

I'm guessing by your response and NNT status that you are probably the Lane Kiffin of couch coaches.

Cundiff is 6 for 10. He ALMOST missed the game-winner today. The guy can't hit deep, he's not clutch, and now he's proving that he can't even hit the easy ones. He never "earned" a spot on this team and if I was the real coach (not the couch one) I would definitely bring in some competition or straight up say good-bye.

Now, please give me one reason (aside from the fact that I'm a horrible fan) that you disagree with what I'm saying. If RG3 threw an interception or fumbled 40% of the time he touched the ball, would you still want him in there? If Trent Williams missed 40% of his blocks, does he still get to start?

Also, for the record... I didn't like the Cundiff move from the first day it happened. This is not about one bad game- It's about a poor personnel decision that I predicted from the beginning. I come to ES to predict things to people I have never met... and guess what Coach Bucket? My percentage is a HELL of a lot better than Cund-whiffs.

Ironically i got the NNT title because i made a thread about Gano and it hit a Mods nerve. It was right after he hit the game winner last year. I dont support Cundiff either and would rather have a different kicker, but i dont really see Granakowskis waiting for phone calls st the moment so ill make due. The fact that my comment hit a nerve on you only proves something you cant admit.

Oh and i dont post a lot here because its way more comical to just read some of the stuff and let the kids play fantast Madden with the Redskins.

The guy's history speaks for itself: he crumbles under pressure. Happened to him in Dallas, happened to him in Balmer. I would've kept Rackers if it had been up to me but I'd take Gano at this point. Suisham even.

I hope the next thing that Cundiff kicks is rocks.
