Wink THE INSOMNIAC THREAD Week 4: Welcomes the restless, drunken happy tired, die hard fans!!!

I like to start my sober nights a little earlier.
Well last week was a heart breaker. With the normal refs back hopefully the correct calls can be called against the Bucs and we can win this one without the 'what ifs'.

A little history: The buccaneers were pirates who attacked Spanish shipping in the Caribbean Sea during the 17th century.

But on Sunday it will be the Skins who will be attacking these dem pirates... arrrrrrgggghhhh!

    GO SKINS!!!

    EDIT: 'Playbook': Redskins vs. Buccaneers

I dislike the Bucs because of the bs in the playoffs from a couple years ago.

IDK what you're talking about. But I sure as hell remember that 05 2 point conversion where Alstott only made it the one half yard line.

I haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaate 4 PM games. We're an east coast team, playing an east coast team. It should be at 1, dammit.

We lost so many close games that year. Any one extra win would've given us an NFC East title. I would've liked our chances in a different venue to get to the NFC title game. I hate thinking about that season...

That game cost us our first division title since '99. Had we won that one, we win the East and have a home playoff game.

i have mixed feelings on 1 o clock games. when we lost at 1, my day is ruined. if we lose at 4, at least i had a half day of anxious anticipation.

I sure hope its not too early to start drinking for a 4pm game.

When I think about TB I mostly remember the botched snap on the FG.

Oh and them with Doug Williams at QB.

I'll always remember that '05 playoff game. That was one of the greatest defensive performances I've ever seen. I rememberthe scene at the opening kickoff, with them waving those flags and firing the cannons, and I knew right then that it would be a slugfest. We couldn't do a damn thing on offense. Nothing. I think Brunell had like 40 passing yards for the entire game. Sean Taylor single handedly one (and damn near lost, after the ejection) that game for us. That was my greatest moment as a Skins fan. I was so sure that we'd beat Seattle the next week. Ugh.
