As much as I like Kerrigan, we most definitely need more impact players in the front 7. We still struggle mightily generating consistent pass rush with 4 or 5.

No Chance. Orakpo was playing great football and all around the field before the injury. That includes pass coverage. It is unfortunate he got injured again, but Orakpo's dont grow on trees. We need to franchise him and see if his injury had healed since it is the second time it has happened and can be questionable.. Once we confirm it has healed,we sign him to a long term deal. You wouldnt want a healthy Rak and Kerrigan on this defense?

Kerrigan on pace for about 14 sacks this season. Pretty good especially with Orakpo out. Not to mention the batted balls that have been huge.
Absolutely.. he continues to impress. great job young man.
Right now, Kerrigan is light years above Orakpo.
He's playing.
Kerrigan has performed great so far. I remember when we drafted him, I was like, "Who?". But he has overdelivered. His football IQ is up there with London Fletcher. We can never have too many smart players, he is one of the smartest defenders we have. I'm looking forward to watching him grow.
Maybe it's just me, but looking at the talent on D, it seems like we should be better than how we're playing. I know our safetys are dreadful but still. Maybe it is all coaching. Or maybe we're just overrating the talent. Idk. Kerrigan is definitely a stud thought.

Kerrigan is one of those core Redskins guy who lead the team. I see Albert Morris as the same kind of player -- they both play hard and humble. If we continue building our team with those kinds of guys, including RGIII, not only will we win many games, but we'll win them with guys who really deserve to win. That will make rooting for the team doubly enjoyable. Hail!
Imagine.. People flipped because we didn't take Gabbert, but instead traded down to get Kerrigan and pick up additional draft picks. I couldn't imagine life if that didn't happen. We'd have Gabbert at QB and no Kerrigan. Plus the guys we got with the additional picks like Helu, Hankerson, Niles Paul, etc.
Kerrigan has become such an important piece to our defense at such a young age. We have a young stud at QB, LT, and pass rusher. That sounds like some good building blocks.
WOW. Never really thought about that. I LOVE Kerrigan, but way to really make me think about that fact every time I see Kerrigan now. Watt is unreal man. Oh well, Kerrigan is on pace for 16 sacks so that makes me happy. Kinda surprised he hasn't forced a fumble yet seeing as how that's really what he's known for.
Don't forget our Rookie RB who dominated the bucs today. Alfred is the biggest surprise of the bunch. I heard his running style compared to Terrell Davis on the broadcast today. I'm not saying he's Terrell Davis, but there are similarities. Gotta give Shanny credit for finding those guys, especialy Alfred who gave me 18 points in fantasy today!
Wow, I'm embarrassed. I'm going to write Alfred Morris 300 times on the blackboard.
