I guess he means, instead of him slaughtering and eating the hogs, they did that to him. But I never put ANY animal above a human, but that's just me. If I had a dog and I saw my friend Rob and my dog about to fall off a cliff, the dog would have to die.

A bad plan well executed may work. A good plan badly executed will always fail.

I probably did cry. I think I watched it when I was about 5 or 6. We used to watch the Wonderful World of Disney on Sunday nights and this movie was on one time.

I mean don't get me wrong, I don't like to see animals abused or killed for no reason, but if they're food, that's a different story.

I remember in Hannibal when someone trained pigs to eat humans

Kind of reminds me of this

I hear ya, was just giving you a hard time.

I agree though. As much as I love my dogs (no kids yet, so our dogs ARE our kids), if it was my friend or the pup, well, I'll pour out a little liquor for my 4-legged friend.

I thought the working assumption was that he died of a heart attack and the hogs saw his corpse as food and did what big giant hogs do. I don't think this is really a case of an animal over a human.
