Default Death of the Prism... Sort of

Good news and weird news. My radio program, the Prism, is now airing in DC, NYC, and now Miami, but after nine months of broadcast I've been told we have to change the name.

Anyone have a great idea on what to name a science, tech, health and arts radio magazine.

(I really liked the name "Prism" too it gave me such flexibility)

Why the name change? Another program already called "Prism"?

What about something trying to embrace a large variety of subjects like... I dunno...

    The Scope

    Spectrum

    Field of Interest

    Bunch o' Stuff

The Gamut ... or The Gamut Run (It's like the Kessel Run but measured in topic diversity instead of distance)

    Crap I Like

    Light Refractor

    Neat Things

    And I'd like to change the world;

Yeah, it's a trademark thing... which I don't really buy. I think it's pretty hard to trademark a single word that has been used in so many different applications. Still, I don't get final say on it.

Some I thought of earlier was

    The Core Relation
    Setting the Alpha
    Through the Prism

Not sure I love any of 'em, though I wouldn't mind finding a way to keep Prism in the title

    Geodes
(could be kind of a cool metaphor for something that would never be noticed unless it is cracked open and examined)

The soldiers gave three cheers as they urged their tired horses north across the uneven hills. Some of the mounts, exhausted after a week of almost continual marching, began to lag behind; others, spurred on by their enthusiastic riders, began to edge past the regiment's commander. "Boys, hold your horses," Custer cautioned; "there are plenty of them down there for us all."
